The Studio has a 9 foot wide opening onto the veranda with folding wooden doors and adjustable wooden louvers, giving you outdoor living even when inside the studio - so you can lie on your bed and look out over the countryside and to distant hills. From Two Bays’ position on the promontory, views to Cabier Bay and the ocean can be enjoyed from the swing seat and while you eat on your shaded veranda. There is direct access to the rear garden with the sun terrace and infinity pool and Cabier beach is about 100 yards away. Two Bays, whilst privately owned, is run for us by Cabier Ocean Lodge about 100 yards away. It is a small hotel of 11 rooms plus Two Bays and guests staying at Two Bays enjoy the same facilities as all other Lodge guests. Two Bays is fully maid serviced and looked after by the Lodge. Beachside Studio is connected to Cabier Ocean Lodge by internal telephone. There is free Wi-Fi access at Two Bays and a computer with internet access for the use of guests at Cabier Ocean Lodge as well as Wi-Fi. The studio is fully equipped to self-cater or you can eat at Bruno's restaurant at Cabier Ocean Lodge. He offers breakfast and dinner (and a light lunch if pre-booked), if you only want to partially self-cater - or not self-cater at all. You can just eat there when you feel like it or purchase on booking an inclusive package of combinations of breakfast, dinner and drinks. Please see our rates page. It is a place to relax completely, to have that special holiday and enjoy your beautiful natural surroundings, watching the pelicans diving to catch fish, frigate birds circling around the entrance to the bays, with humming birds and doves coming in to feed in the garden. In 2008 we came to Cabier by pure chance, fell in love with it and decided that if we were going to build a house anywhere in the world - it would be where Two Bays stands now. We finished building in January 2010. Words cannot really describe it so why not look at the photographs that do Two Bays and Cabier much more justice than words and then come and see to enjoy it for yourselves? Stylish and comfortable Plantation House apartments
TWO BAYS STUDIO COMMENTS 2017 Another wonderful holiday in Cabier – my first time in summer and I cannot think why this is low season – everything is so green and the water so warm. The “rainy season” was a couple of spectacular night rainstorms that drummed on the roof and then just washed the world clean. I stayed in Beachside, one of the immaculate Two Bays Studios, with friends occupying the rest of this lovely Plantation style house. The constant sea breeze circulates through the open shutters from the veranda and one seldom needs the air conditioning. The sound of the restless ocean lulled me to sleep and the tiny birds woke me up! We went to local markets, cooked when we felt like it and wandered down to Ocean Lodge’s friendly restaurant for dinner when we didn’t! Florence now cooks at Ocean Lodge and a very fine chef she is – her callaloo soup is definitive and she is endlessly inventive with local ingredients. We enjoyed Janet’s soothing massage treatments on the veranda and watched the Egrets, Pelicans and Frigate Birds performing their evening ballet as we leaned on the edge of the infinity pool looking out to sea, rum punch in hand. Roll on next time! TH Aug 2017

Integrating into the slow pace of island life in our rural environment is the best way to slow down and relax. Somehow the days pass quickly even if you are doing nothing - which is why one needs to keep coming back! All seasons work - as "rainy" season usually rains at night and if it does occasionally in the day then 15 minutes downpour disappears into bright sunshine in moments leaving everything green and fresh. Temperature does not change it is just more humid but you only notice that when going to town. As we are 60 feet above the water, and on the trade winds side of the island, we nearly always have a cooling breeze that takes away the humidity. The Studios and Villa are set up with high ceilings and all doors and windows have louvres to catch the breeze.

Wonderful relaxing location on a beautiful island
Two Bays villa and studios are set in a lovely quiet location with sea views from the villa and both apartments. We were in Beachside studio, a good size and well equipped studio where you wake in the morning to look out to the lush green of the island and hear the waves gently crashing on the beach 100m away. From the balcony you see the sunrise over the sea. The infinity edge pool gives you amazing views over the sea as you swim. It is a beautiful location. Studio is set up for complete self catering, or 100m away is the restaurant of Bruno and Iris who serve the most amazing food. The island of Grenada is lush and green, the people are so friendly and helpful, you always feel safe. There are some lovely beaches, but this is not a white sand beach holiday destination. There is far more to Grenada than the beaches. A car is essential to see the full bounties of the island. Would highly recommend visiting the Rivers rum distillery and the Belmont Estate. Loads to do and see on the island or choose to do nothing other than relax and take in the sunshine.l

A memorable stay in a lovely location
We spent two glorious weeks in one of the studios at Two Bays, the one overlooking Crochu 'harbour' and the infinity pool. The studio was very clean and tidy and had everything we needed to relax and do a small amount of self-catering. The pool was a bonus when we were too lazy to go to the beach. Bruno's restaurant was excellent and the 'no-choice' menus were always acceptable as were Iris's cocktails. It was great being able to eat outdoors in the warmth. We were glad to have a hire car due to the distance to the main road, and it meant we could roam the Island at will looking for snorkelling beaches and other attractions. It was nice to be well away from the hordes of cruise passengers in St. George's! We would definately go again and much appreciate all that was done to make our stay a memorable one.

A Tropical Paradise
I came back for a week this year. The place is of dark wood construction with excellent facilities, including an infinity pool - delicious. We still went to the main hotel for several breakfasts and dinners, with Bruno and Iris producing excellent meals just to my taste. New this year was the opportunity to have a glorious massage (or two) on the lawn in front of the main hotel with the sound of the sea surrounding you. Grenada itself must be the friendliest Caribbean Island, and St Georges a wonderful capital city

Beautiful "rural" location, wonderful people - overall fantastic!
Staying on the less busy east side of Grenada was wonderful and gave us a great base for vacation exploration given this was our first visit to Grenada and we were going to St. Georges later in the week for work. Two Bays was exactly what I was looking for and eating breakfast and dinners at Cabier worked out perfect. The staff was amazing and the dinners/drinks were especially fantastic! I would recommend this to anyone who wants an off-the-beaten path experience in Grenada, but if you rent your own vehicle you must be prepared to drive on challenging roads, otherwise hire a car to take you and arrange tours through Cabier.

Perfect secluded little hideaway
This was our first vacation rental by owner experience, and it was flawless. Booking the Villa and studio was so easy...owners were so helpful and always easy to reach. The rooms were beautiful and we actually slept with the blacony wide open one night as we had mosquito netting around the bed, although there were no bugs in early April. We rented a car and toured the island...so safe and such freindly people. The location of this property is unique, and although not really close to anything we welcomed the short commute to Grenville. Although the beach was public, there never seemed to be anyone around. Grenada has so much to offer a tourist, we can't wait to go back.

Great quality accommodation in a peaceful and lovely location
To sit on the terrace of the bayside studio and look out across the bay to the ocean was a real treat. The accommodation was of high quality and having an infinity pool 10m from the door was an added bonus. The restaurant provided breakfasts and evening meals if required. The beach was approx. 3 mins walk from the room. We spent a really enjoyable time here - total relaxation.

Fabulous Villa in a stunningly beautiful & peaceful location
What a find! An extremely spacious, clean & airy villa in a stunning location. It can be used as 1 large space or divided into 3 separate apartments. We were a party of 6 people, 3 couples celebrating a friends special birthday, so it was nice to have our individual areas but the use of the whole villa & pool area for socialising. Very comfortable & relaxing, just what we all needed, having sailed the previous 2 weeks around the Grenadines together. An added bonus was the fantastic Cabier Ocean Lodge restaurant, located within 5 mins walk away, which has stunning views. It is run by Iris & Bruno who are absolutely lovely, along with their very friendly & efficient team of staff. Bruno is an amazing chef, serving up superb quality creative meals using locally sourced fresh ingredients. Two Bays Villa is fairly isolated so we decided to take all of our meals at the restaurant for our 5 night stay. Truly fabulous, not to be missed!

A perfect place to stay for those would prefer more independence than a hotel provides.
We loved our time in this beautiful location with its view of the bay from the simple yet tasteful building of high quality that the owners have so cleverly designed. The studio lacked nothing and the instructions answered every possible question we could have had. The balcony was a delightful place to relax and the infinity pool perfectly complemented the swimming from the beach. The daily cleaning service was discreet and of a high standard. Although the studio is fully equipped for self catering, we so much enjoyed the delicious meals served in the nearby guest house that we never cooked for ourselves. We were made most welcome there by Iris and Bruno who run the place, eating outside in a perfect setting, looking down on the bay with the sound of the waves below. The photos and descriptions faithfully reflected the villa and the studios on the promontory of land with beautiful bays either side, including the approach by rough road which we had been advised would need a four by four. The only slight surprise was that we had expected to be more remote from other houses than proved to be the case.

Our first visit to Grenada and Two Bays, but it won't be our last!
The accommodation at the Two Bays Studio was excellent and of the standard we had hoped for. The pool made for a relaxing place to cool off, whilst the peace, tranquility and views all added to the chill out experience. This alone would have been good enough, but the welcome we got from Iris, Bruno and the family made it all the better. Great food and excellent service meant we stayed at Cabier for diner more often than planned. What a great place to come and relax and we hope to return many times again.

About the neighbourhood
Two Bays is in a rural location. Cabier is like the Caribbean was many years ago before mass tourism. It is a real get-away from it all place. There are local shops selling basics, eggs, and bread about 15 minutes walk uphill to the coast road. Nearest town, market and supermarket is at Grenville 15 minutes away by car. There are walks along the coast. Walks in the rain forest are about 30 minutes away by car.
Getting around
A car is desirable although the local Cabier taxi can take you on sightseeing trips otherise the buses and collectivos on the man road can reach most of the parts of the island with various changes. Bus fares are very cheap.
Access
Car advised
How to get there
We recomend that you hire a car either at the airport or at Cabier. Cabier is a 45 minute drive from St Georges. This is via Cabier's car rental partnes. An SUV is recommended. Full directions are given. If you would like a taxi then Cabier will organise that for you, typically $48. There is parking at Two Bays. There are regular minibuses and collectivo taxis going up and down the main coast road behind Cabier between St George's and Grenville.
