A superb semi-detached cottage in Cark in Cartmel, sleeping seven people in four bedrooms. 3 Hillfoot is a superb, semi-detached cottage located in the old mill village of Cark in Cartmel and can sleep seven people. This cottage is set over three floors and has two first floor double bedrooms, a ground floor double bedroom, a first floor bathroom, a ground floor shower room, a second floor open plan living area with kitchen, dining area, sitting area and balcony, a utility room and a ground floor sitting room with a sofa bed. Outside there is off road parking for two cars, a lawned garden to the side, accessed across the shared entrance, and a patio. 3 Hillfoot is a wonderful holiday base.

Stayed in the school holidays end of March. The property is a real winner. Spacious, stylish and very clean. We loved spending time together on the top floor, which is open plan living dining, kitchen area. The log burner was a lovely touch on a chilly night. Beds were very comfy. Showers and bathrooms nice and clean. Although it takes a while to fill the bath as water is only hot if it runs slowly. Fab location for days out. We visited Lakeland motor museum, lakeside & haverthwaite railway, and Bowness lake Windermere. There are some lovely walks, one which takes you into Cartmel. We were pleased there was a pub almost next door! Engine inn. Lovely food, staff and the children loved the pub dog Jasper! Overall we loved the cottage and would definitely stay again.
