Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.
If you have submitted a review for a holiday rental property, we may also ask that you provide us with proof of your stay to ensure that your review is attached to the correct rental property.

Fantastic cottage in a great location with lots to do nearby . The cottage is really well equipped and spacious and finished to a high standard . The outdoor space overlooking the fields is a great bonus . Would definately recommend this place wouldn’t hesitate to visit again

Fabulous!
What an amazing place! Beautiful farmhouse, well equipped and super comfortable! Well located in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales, with the Yorkshire 3 Peaks in easy reach. Great communication and it was lovely to arrive to a bottle of wine and locally made cake. I can not recommend Warth House enough!

Beautiful house, beautiful location with rural tranquility
Set at the end of a lane, attached to the barn but we heard not a sound from next door all week despite it also being occupied. Plenty of living space with great views all round. Owners very welcoming and helpful whenever needed. Bedrooms were beautiful with lovely bathrooms (good strong showers with plenty of hot water). Shame the weather let us down as we would have loved to spend more time outside in the raised garden enjoying those views (and the trampoline, football and bbq on offer). 4/500 yard walk to the nearest pub, another 10 mins into town centre. Perfect 3 generation family getaway.

Fabulous holiday cottage in the Dales!
We stayed at Warth House in April as part of a group of seven adults plus one infant. The property is incredible, immaculately presented with lovely furnishings and nicely located just a few minutes outside of Ingleton, so you get the serenity of being out in the countryside whilst also being close to a quaint and decent sized town with shops/pubs etc. The bedrooms were spacious and the house was easily large enough to accommodate our party. It has a lovely bright feel to it, and really easy to keep to a comfortable temperature thanks to individual thermostats on different floors, as well as underfloor heating in the kitchen, all very easy to set and use. Shula (the owner) provided a comprehensive fire guard, stair gates, infant cot and high chair for our little one which was very helpful and made the house feel very safe. There is also parking on site for four cars. The outdoor spaces are beautiful, and child friendly - especially the large garden area which overlooks the back of the house. It's a ten to fifteen minute walk into Ingleton, and Ingleborough Peak is easily accessible through the town. There were absolutely no downsides to our fabulous stay, the property is amazing and very easy to recommend to all.

Truly Superb!
A quite outstanding holiday cottage in a splendid location just outside of Ingleton. Our party of 7 + baby have had a fantastic week here with plenty to do locally as well as lots of attractions within easy reach. The walking is excellent. The house is beautifully appointed and maintained. A credit to the owners. Enjoy!

Stunning House, A real treat to come back to after exploring the dales
Perfect location, From the window views of rolling hills, Ingleborough and the added bonus of lambs right outside We did a brilliant circular walk right from the doorstep which was well signposted. Malham Cove just 10 minutes away was fabulous and our 3 year old grandson loved it. The waterfall walk, which we debated whether to do because of having to pay ( we have never paid for a walk in our life) but it really was worth every penny. We got a trail for the 3 children which involved pencil rubbings along the way (pencils provided) It was great but to be honest there was so much variety on the walk that the children would have loved it even without the trail, however getting a medal for achieving the trail at the end was the perfect end to a perfect walk. It was stunningly beautiful all the way around. The tea stops were a welcome break. There were lots of opportunities to get down to the river. Our 3 year old grandson did the walk which was 4.5 miles so we were very proud of him but the well maintained steps and paths did make it easier. It took us twice the time it said but to be fair we went at the pace of the 3 year old and soaked up the scenery. Clapham was worth a visit, Ingleborough is a must and the pub at the end of the road from the cottage sells great beer. The house itself was fantastic. The owners had thought of everything - it was so well equipped. The boot room was ideal and whilst we had good weather all week I can imagine it being a boon in wet weather. The accommodation far exceeded our expectations and the trampoline and goal posts filled in an hour or two for the children in the evenings. I would definitely recommend this property and I would love to go back.

Outstanding holiday cottage on Yorkshire dales!
Warth house was fantastic for the first week of our family holiday in the UK. The house was spotlessly clean on arrival, it was spacious and easy to keep clean throughout. It was warm, comfortable and had a fantastic kitchen. Within walking distance to ingleton and ingleborough.

Expected it to be good, it really was!
Would recommend this property to all age groups, it is in a great location, plenty of space inside and out and the owner has thought of everything you might need. Loved the kitchen, plenty of room and equipment to cater for 8 adults. All the bedrooms were lovely and 3 out of 4 have en suites. The through kitchen, dinning room and living room means that you can still socialise together even while preparing meals, no one is left out. Sunny spring afternoon meant we were able to sit out in the garden for a late lunch on the picnic bench and chairs - there is a large BBQ for the summer time. Hope to visit again later in the year.

Beautiful Property in a Beautiful Location
We stayed in Warth Barn, the similar adjoining property, and could not have asked for a more enjoyable stay. The accommodation was spotless, warm, spacious and inviting and is situated in a lovely rural location yet only minutes drive from Ingleton centre. Shula is a very caring owner who deserves all the praise people are reporting.
