Additional Rate and Availability Information
Availability: The cottage is usually available for rent from 4pm on Saturday until 10am the next Saturday. We now require that the 30% deposit is paid when a reservation is made to guarantee the specific dates you have requested and to avoid any potential misunderstandings. The balance of rent is due 6 weeks before arrival. We charge £50 per dog, as however well-behaved your dog may be, they do add considerably to the demands made on the cleaners during changeover as I'm sure you can appreciate. We shall ask for this payment to be made when the balance comes due six weeks before you arrive.
What's included: Rent covers the use of the cottage and all its content, everything except additional wood supplies after the initial supply. All breakages or damages must be paid for before departure.
The cottage must be left clean and tidy.
Cancellation Policy:In the event of cancellation, deposits cannot be returned and we advise you take out holiday insurance.
