Interaction with guests:
The house has managers who are availabe on the phone should you need. I live in England but you have my phone number. We have a very friendly French neighbour who is helpful. In the house are numerous information leaflets there are too many things to do to list them and most people just love the beaches.
Entry to the house is very easy as there is a key box with code just on the side of the main front doors.

About the neighbourhood
Pretty countryside and quite near beaches - a large choice ranging from 20 - 40 mins away depending on if you want to visit Normandy or Brittany - we are on the border of both
How to get there
Le Ferre is a small village with bakery, town hall, tennis court, bar/restaurant that does takeaways and an antiques shop! It is 3km from a small town that has everything - called St James. We are in between 2 large towns - avranches and Fougeres. We are a 4.5 hour drivr from Calais, 60 mins from St Malo and 70 mins from Caen
