Il Podere si trova in una posizione panoramica, tra gli uliveti e i vigneti
delle colline della Maremma Toscana, a 25 minuti dal mare e da Saturnia, 30 dal Parco dell'Uccellina.
Situato nel comune di Scansano, noto per il Morellino, vino rosso DOCG prodotto nel territorio circostante, punto di partenza ideale per raggiungere alcuni dei borghi più belli e caratteristici: Montemerano, Magliano in T. , Manciano, Saturnia, Pitigliano, Sorano, Sovana e Capalbio.
Il mini appartamento indipendente misura internamente 18 mq ed è situato in giardino di fronte al casale. Dispone di un nuovo angolo cottura ben attrezzato, nuovo divano letto matrimoniale con materasso alto, armadi, bagno ristrutturato con ampio box doccia, wc/bidet integrato, TV, wi-fi e climatizzatore a pompa di calore(freddo/cald...

cura e posizione perfetta
Il Podere 266 è in una posizione strategica per raggiungere il mare, i borghi medievali tutt'intorno e le terme di Saturnia.
Il casale, tipico della zona, è immerso in un magnifico paesaggio di morbide colline e circondato da un giardino molto curato, dove abbiamo passato ore di relax e mangiato all'ombra di una pergola.
L'appartamento è comodo, spazioso, tenuto con grande cura e pulizia.
Luca è un host gentile, disponibile, ma allo stesso tempo discreto . Durante il nostro soggiorno ci ha suggerito gite, spiagge bellissime intorno al Monte
Argentario ed eventi del territorio.
Torneremo di sicuro.

Toller Urlaub! /-/ Vacanza bellissima!
Wir, zwei Erwachsene und drei Jugendliche zwischen 12 und 16, waren vom 1. bis 11. August im Podere 266 zu Gast und könnten nicht zufriedener sein! Unser Gastgeber Luca war immer hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend und hat uns bereits bei unserer Ankunft Tomaten und Zucchini (aus seinem eigenen Garten!) sowie frisches Obst und Milch zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Podere ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt um die herumliegenden Dörfer (wie Scansano, Manciano, Capalbio, Montemerano, Orbetello und Pitigliano) zu besichtigen, auch die Stadt Grosseto ist nicht unweit. Auch befinden sich viele tolle Strände in der Umgebung, allen Voran der Parco della Maremma und viele kleine Buchten des Monte Argentario. Das Podere selbst ist sehr sauber und der Garten toll gepflegt (Luca war dauernd am Giessen da es tagsüber wirklich extrem heiss war). Unsere Söhne haben die Gesellschaft von Luca's Hündin Nina genossen, welche uns in 10 Tagen kein einziges Mal gestört hätte, wir haben sie auch kein einziges Mal bellen gehört, sie ist wirklich sehr gut erzogen! Wir haben jeden Tag unter der Pergola gefrühstückt und Abend gegessen, die alleinstehende Küche fanden wir sehr praktisch. Die Matratzen sind super bequem und die Stille in der Nacht unglaublich. Wir konnten den Sternenhimmel bewundern und hörten nur das Zirpen der Grillen. Wir können das Podere 266 auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen! Scade nur, dass der Urlaub schon wieder vorbei ist!!! /-/ Noi, due adulti e tre adolescenti tra i 12 e 16 anni, siamo stati ospiti presso il Podere 266 dal 1° all'11 agosto e non potremmo essere più felici! Il nostro ospite Luca era sempre disponibile e cortese , quando siamo arrivati, ci ha fatto trovare addirittura pomodori e zucchine (dal suo orto!), frutta fresca e latte. Il Podere è un buon punto di partenza per visitare i paesini nei dintorni (come Scansano, Manciano, Capalbio, Montemerano, Orbetello e Pitigliano), anche la città di Grosseto non è lontana. Inoltre ci sono molte (e bellissime) spiagge nella zona, prima di tutto - secondo noi - il Parco della Maremma (o Parco dell'Uccellina), per non parlare delle numerose piccole baie intorno a Monte Argentario. Il Podere è pulito e il giardino tenuto benissimo , Luca sembrava instancabile nell'annaffiare visto il periodo di gran caldo! I nostri figli hanno goduto della compagnia della cagna Nina, mai una volta in 10 giorni che ci avesse dato fastidio o l'avessimo sentita abbaiare, è super educata! Praticamente ogni giorno abbiamo fatto colazione e cenato sotto il pergolato cena, anche il fatto di avere la cucina "staccata" è stato, a nostro avviso, molto pratico. I materassi dei letti sono estremamente confortevoli e il silenzio durante la notte incredibile. Abbiamo potuto ammirare il cielo stellato e sentito soltanto il suono dei grilli. Certamente possiamo (e vogliamo!) consigliare il Podere 266! Peccato solo che la vacanza sia già finita (e che ci fossimo dimenticati di portare via il rametto di rosmarino ;) ) !!!

Christina e la sua famiglia sono ospiti perfetti, mi ha fatto molto piacere conoscerli e ospitarli. Sensibili, discreti, simpatici e affabili. In sintonia con la natura e sempre in cerca di posti nuovi da conoscere nel territorio: spiagge, borghi... Affettuosi con il cane e i gatti, che hanno gradito le attenzioni sopratutto dei tre ragazzi e approfittato della loro disponibilità al gioco. Hanno lasciato la casa e la cucina ordinatissime e pulite, senza traccia del loro passaggio. Spero di ospitarli e incontrarli in di nuovo. Sempre benvenuti!

un podere bellissimo ... da tornarci!!!
Sono stato in questo podere con la mia compagna in occasione di un fine settimana a ridosso del 01 maggio. La location è spettacolare ed immersa nel verde. I proprietari, Luca e Federica, sono squisiti ed attenti ad ogni minimo particolare. Le stanze spaziose ed i servizi davvero confortevoli. A poca distanza di automobile da Saturnia come da Capalbio, è un'oasi strategica in cui trascorrere piacevolmente un fine settimana di assoluto relax e contatto con la natura. Ci ritornerei anche domani!

Soggiorno nel cuore della Maremma
Luogo da favola con proprietario cordiale e pronto a suggerirci spiagge, luoghi da visitare e strade da percorrere. Il nostro cagnolino è stato ben accolto anche dalla padrona di casa, una labrador dolcissima con la quale giocavamo tutte le mattine. Speriamo di poter tornare presto!

Elisabetta e Matteo sono una coppia simpatica, gentile e discreta. Il loro cagnolino Gigi è molto buono e socievole sia con le persone che con i suoi simili. Quando sono partiti hanno lasciato l'appartamento in ottime condizioni. Sempre benvenuti!

Tutto come promesso e anche di più
Paesaggio fantastico, non vicinissimo al mare (20 minuti circa) cmq strategica per altri spostamenti. Casa pulitissima ed accogliente, come il suo proprietario. La quinta stellina è dedicata a Nina, un fanatstico labrador che ci ha conquistato il primo giorno.
