Originally part of Glentruim Estate stables, this attractive and luxurious holiday rental property has been tastefully renovated. Interior designers have skilfully blended old world charm with modern-day comforts and amenity to make this a stylish yet cosy retreat for your vacation in the Scottish Highlands. The living room with its oak floors and wood burning stove is an ideal place to unwind, while the spacious, well-equipped kitchen which is also oak floored is a great place to watch the red squirrels foraging for food in the surrounding trees.

Upstairs the soft furnishings and finishes in both the king-size and the twin bedroom (with en-suite shower room) make these rooms truly restful and comfortable, while the large bathroom with free-standing bath offers all the modern facilities of any new property.

We stayed at the Coach House in Glentrium Estate in May 2017. The cottage is set in the most beautiful surroundings with an abundance of wildlife such as birds, deer, red squirrels and hares. The Coach House is a really lovely cottage - beautiful interior, loads of room, all the mod cons and a woodburning stove. It has a lovely...

Great- lovely and very comfortable cottage, amazing surroundings. Sweetest wildlife: birds, squirrels, proud pheasants.

Coach House cottage was a lovely place to stay. It was stylish, spotlessly clean and cosy, with plenty hot water. We are keen hillwalkers and the cottage is very well placed for lots of walking. There is even a super wee walk to a great viewpoint just behind the house. Wifi seemed fine, although we did not use it very...

Coach House may be booked for a three night minimum stay from Nov until end of May (Excluding Christmas & New Year, February Half Term, Easter Weekend and May Mid-term - Dates Apply).
Weekly bookings are from Saturday 3:00pm to 10:00am the following Saturday.
Three night short breaks are from Friday 3:00pm until Monday 10:00am.
Four night short breaks are from Monday 3pm until Friday 10am.

Coach House is easily accessible by road, rail and air. The A9 (T) road passes within a mile of us and provides rapid road travel to Glasgow and Edinburgh and the south, and north to Inverness and beyond. There are mainline railway stations at Newtonmore (3miles), Kingussie (6miles) & Aviemore (18miles) which offer a range of services as well as a sleeper service to London. Inverness airport is only 45 miles north of Glentruim, with frequent daily flights to Manchester, London and Bristol.

By Air - 1 hour from Inverness Airport by road. Fly to Inverness on BA, Easyjet or Flybe
By Rail - Regular services to Newtonmore from Glasgow and Edinburgh on East Coast or Scotrail
