THE SITUATION // The building // This accommodation is located in a building in the heart of the Oursinières which was formerly used as a holiday hostel. // The neighborhood // Around the Oursinières harbour, between sea and pine forest, the district is essentially residential, wooded and very pleasant. The area is very appreciated by holidaymakers and locals who rush there in good weather all year round. The situation is exceptional. // Amenities // Some restaurants and bars nearby (50 m). A pharmacy, bakery, tobacco and a mini-market (10 min on foot). Many amenities in the city centre 2 km away: supermarket, mini-markets, press, tobacco, shops, banks, bakeries, numerous restaurants, Provençal market (every Friday). Night markets and entertainment in the city centre during the summer. // Activities // Very close: many very pleasant paths of ballades on the littoral and in the pine forest, hiring of boats, diving club, ground of petanque... Accessible on foot: sailing club, kayak, Mine Museum... PARKING AND TRANSPORT Parking is in a private place very close to the building (a car). The bus line that serves the port of Les Oursinières, the line 39 Oursinières and 91. These two lines make it possible to go without correspondence to La Garde, Le Pradet, and Toulon. ACCESSIBILITY The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a 1-storey building. Accessible by an outside staircase, it is not suitable for the disabled. RECREATIONAL EQUIPMENT A game of petanque balls for 3 people (3 triplets and a jack) A game of poker and dice SECURITY EQUIPMENT Smoke and carbon monoxide detector SECURITY DEPOSIT A deposit is required 3 days before the day of arrival, in the form of pre-authorization of bank card, if it was not made at the time of your reservation. Deposit amount: 400€ INTERNAL RULES The owner of this accommodation as well as Dodo and Tartine have given you their trust, in return you are bound to respect certain rules.
