Romantic stay in a very nice authentic place.
We have stayed there in Sept'2015. And those days were amazing! The perfect sea view from the bedrooms, nice sound of waves in the night. This villa exactly sits on the seaside, first line. As the house is very big you can visit with your friends. This place has 2 "seas": one is just in front of the villa, and another one in 5 min walk, like lake surrounded by Stavros mountain where the "Zorbo the Greek" movie was filmed. There is bus going from the center of the village to Xania. The bus station is 5 min walk from the villa. You always have the chance to enjoy beautiful sunsets sitting on the terrace of the Villa. If you want to visit clubs, restaurants you can always go to Xania city center. I would highly recommend this place, as you will take with you unforgettable memories.
