The property comprises -
A spacious living room / lounge comprising a modern 2 & 3 seater sofas, dresser, ceiling fan & hot / cold air conditioning unit. Also a flat screen 32'' Smart LCD TV with local TV, UK Netflix / YouTube and some English internet channels, a PS4 / BluRay / DVD with games / Films for the kids, big & small. Free Wifi throughout whole apartment and Terrace.
Two double bedrooms (4 single beds that can be pushed together if required) both with fitted wardrobes and ceiling fans. Both bedrooms benefit from new hot or cold air con units - Blackout curtains and Memory Foam pillows too.

An extra set of keys is hung up in the apartment, please leave these there when you leave.

Generally our minimum stay is a week, off peak we may allow 4-5 nights stays - please enquire.

Perfect relaxing holiday apartment in pretty gardens, overlooking a wonderful pool. A short walk to the shops, restaurants and cafes and the stunning beach with the great walks along the prom.

We visited this apartment last September. It has a very homely feel to it and has absolutely everything in the kitchen you could possibly need. Arrived Thursday evening late from Malagar. The apartment was spotless. The apartment has literally everything you need and more. Spent a lot of time on the balcony. Roquetas de Mar - Once a simple fishing village, Roquetas de Mar has become a modern resort well planned and compact, with a long promenade on the excellent beach. Its mountain backdrop hides valleys of citrus groves, vineyards & sun-baked desert dunes. Most holidays centre on the pool, the many golf courses or the wide, uncrowded beautiful beach. Windsurfer & pedlos are available locally for hire. Tennis, cycling and golf are very popular in this resort. For fans of water slides etc, The Mario water park is just outside Roquetas village. Getting around
The local buses are quite regular (every 30 mins during the day) the nearest bus stop is to the right hand side of the Playa Luna Hotel (across from the apartment towards the beach) opposite Oasis bar / restaurant. Buses will take you to Roquetas town, then Grand Plaza shopping centre (well worth a visit) and then the Water Park / Aquarium and eventually Almeria city.
Or alternative Taxi's are based on the resort road - The rank is opposite just passed the larger Spa shop near La Grappa restaurant.
