Very spacious apartment, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Gorgeous beachfront location, near to shops, restaurants and bars. Lovely swimming pool and surrounding area/gardens.

Ideal location for a relaxing holiday on the beach.Use of pool as an alternative is a bonus. Shops within walking distance,handy for essentials. As are numerous restaurants and bars. Roquetas De Mar is renowned as one of the most go-ahead towns in Andalucia which has undergone a vast improvement programme over the past five years. It has dramatically improved its infrastructure, more than 15 km beaches, a fascinating harbour and marina where fresh fish are landed every morning by local fishermen. Gran Plaza shopping centre with a wide range of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants, an extensive supermarket, a bowling alley and a cinema complex. Not very far from here there is a Theatre, waterpark and the new Acuarium of Roquetas de Mar. The Urbanization and hotels are at 4 km distance of the town.
