This beautiful old three-storey house has been completely renovated and provides very comfortable accommodation for up to 8 people. It is comprehensively fitted out with everything for a self-catering family holiday.
On the ground floor two bedrooms, bathroom with separate shower on and a further two bedrooms with another bath/shower room on the second floor. A travel cot is provided and highchair as required.

The large sitting room on the first floor, with window seats, takes full advantage of the sea views right across to the Devon coastline. Three comfortable squashy sofas provide plenty of seating for more than 8 people with television, plenty of family-appropriate DVDs, board games and music system.
Telephone is provided with an honesty box and unlimited highspeed WiFi.

Interaction with guests
We give each guest a keysafe number to access the door key which means that you may arrive at your convenience from about 4pm. We live in Hertfordshire but our housekeeper and her handyman husband are on hand in the next village for any questions you may have once you are settled in and you should contact her direct with any difficulties in the cottage.
Do take a look at our website cawsandcottages for lots of information about the village and things you might like to do. We recommend that you book a table if you are thinking of eating out over the first weekend, especially and this is particularly important in the summertime.

The house is lovely and so is Cawsand and Kingsand. We had a great October half term break dog walking, going to great cafes and pubs. We visited Mount Edgecumbe, the nice parts of Plymouth (you can get a ferry from Cawsand beach to Plymouth). The house is very well equipped for those who like to cook. The rooms were...

We stayed at Seacroft during October half term 7 guests age range 6 to 92. The house has everything you need for a relaxing comfortable stay very well furnished & beautifully decorated & the underfloor heating was a real hit. The kitchen was very well equipped making it a real home from home. The sea views from the first floor...

The house is available to rent with ONE, TWO, THREE or FOUR BEDROOMS except June to mid September. You do not have to rent the whole house if you just need two or three bedrooms. The unused bedrooms will be locked but you have the rest of the house to yourselves.
Please ask about prices. Three nights is 5/7ths of the full week's rental and then on a weekly pro rata basis by the night.
We can only accept payment in £ sterling paid direct into our bank account. Payments made through this website are their booking fee. Details of payments are made clear both by the website and on our booking form.

By ROAD Follow the A38 from Plymouth, over the Tamar Bridge and turn left for Mount Edgcumbe at Trerulefoot. Cawsand is 7.5 miles from there.
By TRAIN : Plymouth is the nearest main line station. A taxi from Plymouth Station will cost about £30. It is also easy (and cheaper) to take a taxi to the Cremyll ferry (foot passenger only) and arrange a taxi to meet you to take you into Cawsand about 2 miles. A longer but interesting route is to take the train from Plymouth to St Germans. This takes you over the famous bridge built by Isombard Kingdom Brunel.
