Amazing place! Loved it!
The unit has everything we needed and close to all amenities. Amazing large balcony that over looks the pool, beach, ocean. Relax on the hammock and watch the sunset. Very clean and modern unit with open concept and very comfy furniture. The owners are from the USA. The service and hospitality are USA standards. Looking forward to going back soon. Abby

Don't waste your time here... bad manager, bad location, no help, decent interior
First, let me say that the interior of the apartment is decent... but the giant cockroach and non-working oven put a big dent in my enthusiasm... mainly because I wanted a working oven to cook a birthday cake for my wife... otherwise I would stay in a hotel that is less expensive. The manager was surly and hard to reach.. she lives in Miami and was hard to communicate with. She only gave instructions for how to find the place the day of arrival. This did nothing to help us find the place. We got lost and lost one day of staying there because we never could find the place. There was no refund of money due to our being unable to find the place. The local manager was rude and not sympathetic... The location is terrible.. it has a lot of half-finished high rises that are located on dirt roads that look like a war zone. Other places in Ecuador are much better. There are no good restaurants nearby. The local supermarket is less stocked than a gas-station... it really is like a war zone. The beach is ok... but I was hoping for something prettier and with less ugly high-rises... I was very disappointed in the location... but mostly disappointed with the manager and rude treatment. I would certainly steer you to another apartment and even better, another town. This whole town area was really ugly. I have had good luck with other rentals but this one... yuck.
