short break in northern france
The right place for a short break in Northern France. Forests within walking distance, the wolves zoo close by. Reims with fancy cathedral. In short, a short vacation to rest in the comfortable cottage and many things to see and do in the area

Gorgeous
We stayed here for 4 nights. Beautifully renovated and very homely. Frederick was so helpful and when we had a puncture on the car he rang around garages for us. Would I stay here again. Definitely. Beautiful part of the country

Great little place. Frederic could not be there when we arrived however his friend opened the house for us and left his contact number. I had to get in touch twice for minor emergencies and he was v helpful. The area is v rural and therefore quiet but also very beautiful. This is an amazing place for a summer or winter stay. Only slight observation is that the stairs are definitely not child or old person friendly but that is it.

Gite propre et bien équipé
Intérieur comme neuf.
Chambres spacieuses
Espace à vivre lumineux.
Très bien équipé en électroménager (gros et petit).
Jacuzzi spa excellent, 3 places. Super agréable. De belle qualité.
Internet, téléphone et tv par box orange.
Extérieur très calme, paisible.
Grande cour privée, manque un peu de verdure.
Table, chaises, parasols, barbecue.....
Enfin tout ce dont on a besoin et au rendez-vous pour passer un super séjour.
Nous n'hésiterons pas à retourner si l'occasion se présente.
Je recommande fortement

Très beau gîte tout neuf et vaste, très bien équipé, avec terrasse - la forêt tout près, plein de balades possibles - musique aussi... Superbe et très très bon accueil. Nous sommes toujours très heureux de pouvoir y séjourner. Merci !

Book to stay here - you won't regret it!
This is a beautifully converted property - modern yet retains plenty of older features and lots of character. It's in a very quiet rural area, so we found it very restful. The hot tub is a fabulous treat. The rooms are really good sizes and nicely furnished and has everything you need. We enjoyed eating outside at the large table, and also having a go at raclette - great that there's one of them there to try. We highly recommend the restaurant in the village and also a trip into the Ardennes Forest which is simply breathtaking. The property was spitless when we arrived and the owners were very helpful in arranging our very last minute booking. We had a really fabulous week here and would recommend it to anyone.

1 Woche im Frühling 2018, Familie mit 3 Kindern
Die Angaben bez. Ausstattung und Lage stimmen mit dem, was wir angetroffen haben, überein. Ausserdem waren wir von der Grösse der auf zwei Stockwerke verteilten Wohnfläche positiv überrascht.
Der Vermieter reagiert schnell und korrekt. Bietet auch Hilfe an für Anliegen, die nicht das Mietobjekt betreffen.
Wir werden das Objekt weiterempfehlen.
Die Bäckerei von Christophe Arbonnier in Vouziers ist zu empfehlen.

Een oase van rust
Voor de tweede keer hebben wij dit fantastisch verblijf aan de rand van het bos geboekt. Het huisje is van alle gemakken vorzien en je mist werkelijk niets. Alles werkt naar behoren en is prima onderhouden. De jacuzzi is fantastisch en de kinderen (11 en 15) hebben zich prima vermaakt. Wij trouwens ook! Zeer vriendelijke eigenaren die weten wat gastvrijheid is. Wij komen zeker een derde keer terug!
