San Casciano in Val di Pesa, Tuscany
The holiday house is located 300 metres from San Casciano in Val di Pesa centre. Facing the open country from a dominant position, it offers the comforts of a town life and the beauty of the Chianti landscape opening on hills with vineyards and olive trees. There are no building in front and down the hill, while the house back faces our car park and other village buildings.

The holiday house is an old detached building restored in 2006 and is finely furnished in Tuscan country style.
Il Visciolo is the ideal place for those who want to enjoy the village life and move away (even without a car) to visit Florence, Siena and other tourist places. The house is authentic Tuscany and exactly as advertised; it has everything you need (washing machine, dishwasher etc). The location is stunning; you have uninterrupted views across the olive groves (so peaceful) while surprisingly it is within a short distance of the town of San Casciano in Val di Pesa which is very convenient. The town is just lovely; lots...

This is a superb villa very close to the centre of San Casciano with stunning views of the Tuscan countryside. The owner Flora met us at the villa and was very informative giving information such as the coach to Florence a short journey from the town. Lots of literature in the house to assist with planning visits to towns/ cities...

Excellent location close to the city centre of San Casciano. Half hour bus to Florence and we could day trips to Lucca, San Gimignano, Sienna, Fiesole etc. without a car. We loved travelling in October/November with all the pretty fall colours and Olive harvesting. Our bedroom had the most gorgeous views overlooking the Tuscan hills! The owner even picked us...
