This delightful south facing semi detached villa is located in a residential area. Just a 8 minute stroll from the picturesque Marina Rubicon with many shops, bars and restaurants and only a 15 minute stroll to the beautiful white sands of Playa Dorada Beach and the town centre.
The villa has three good size bedrooms, all with fitted wardrobes. There is a large living area complete with a well equipped kitchen, dining for 6 and lounge area complete with a 40' LED TV and stereo with IPOD dock. The pool is 5.3 m x 2.25 m and is 1.4 m deep throughout with roman steps at one end and is covered throughout the year (heating optional upon request at an additional cost of 70 euros per week).
The Villa is very well equipped with a four ring electric ceramic hob with an oven and grill.
A microwave, fridge freezer and a washing machine are also fitted.
Air conditioning/heating units are in the living room and all bedrooms (coin operated)
The main bedroom has a king size bed, the second a double bed and there are two single beds in the third bedroom.
A cot and a highchair are available upon request for an additional charge.

Perfect villa, location and perfect hosts
We stayed for 30 nights mid February to March. On arrival we were so pleased that Anne had left us provisions so we didn’t have to go shopping till the next day. The villa has everything you need, just loved using the built in Bbq. The 3 bedroom 2 bathroom is so spacious and comfy which is cleaned once per week with clean towels. Hosts Anne and Dave are close by and are extremely helpful. The location is under 10 minutes to the marina with many restaurants and only 15/20 minutes to town walking along the stunning costal path. We loved it that much we have booked 30 nights for next year 2024.

I have been coming to this villa for a number of years now and love it every time, the location is perfect for a relaxing holiday, the restaurants are fantastic as are the bars serving the best cocktails !! The Marina is a beautiful setting to sit and watch the world go by. All in all a beautiful place, looking forward to my next visit :)

This villa is absolutely wonderful everything you need for a perfect stay. The location is fab 5 min walk to marina 10 min main town. Nothing too much trouble for the owners warm and friendly people. Great villa well kept perfect stay we will be back. Thank you

Perfect
The villa is located in a quiet cul de sac only a 10 minute walk to the marina and 20 minutes to town. The beaches are also within walking distance. The villa is clean and spacious with plenty of outdoor space. We loved the location and Anne/ David the owners are friendly and helpful nothing is too much trouble.

Just perfect
Beautiful villa.
Our first time in a private villa.Fantastic location, only a few minutes’ walk away to Marina Rubicon.
Sun around the lovely pool ALL day.
Immaculately clean.
Without doubt we will be booking again as soon as we can.

Relaxing family getaway.
Fantastically clean, and spacious villa with everything we needed. Only a short walk to the local marina and shops/restaurants.
The island has very good policies in place for the current situation and it felt safe and relaxing.
Thoroughly recommend using this villa as a holiday destination. David and Anne were very kind and helpful.

Within easy walking distance we have the Marina Rubicon with its bustling restaurants, bars & shops and 2 supermarkets and also Playa Dorada Beach.
The beautiful beaches of Papagayo are also within a 40 minute walk or 15 minute drive.
The town of Playa Blanca is a 20 min walk or 5 minute bus / car ride away.
Getting around
A car is only needed if you would like to travel out of Playa Blanca and explore the beautiful island of Lanzarote.
There is a lot do within a 20 minute walk
The local bus leaves every 30 minutes form the end of the road into town and the other end of Playa Blanca.
Taxis are easy to call and cheap (eg 3€ into town)
Airport transfers are easy to arrange too.
