Excelente villa
Nuestra experiencia fue perfecta, éramos 5 personas, disfrutamos muchísimo de la villa en general y sobre todo de la piscina, al tener el agua calentita y luces la utilizamos día y noche.
Tiene aire acondicionado en las zonas comunes y el dormitorio principal,en el resto de habitaciones tiene ventilador de techo,suficiente para refrescar.
Muy cerca de playa Dorada y Papagayo a pocos minutos en coche de playa blanca, con buen acceso para la carretera principal que recorre la isla.
El trato con los propietarios es fluido, como única pega si es que se puede poner alguna es que no hablan Español, pero si les escribes por WhatsApp se puede utilizar el traductor y nos entendimos perfectamente.
Le damos un 10/10 y repetiremos sin duda!!!

Everything we wanted for a relaxing holiday
The villa was a 25 minute walk to the centre which was perfect for us as we needed a walk after a day lazing around! We hired a car and the instructions to drive to villa were perfect. The car was useful for getting the shopping. The outside space of the villa is amazing. A large space. The pool table was great and in partial shade from the large trees. The pool was a great temperature even though the weather was on and off cloudy whilst we stayed. The Villa really is a home from home. A great library of books to choose from if you have read all of yours, cards and scrabble. The kitchen is kitted out perfectly. Even had egg cups. I would not hesitate to return to this villa. The communication was brilliant. I had a few queries and was unable to contact the management company. Jeremy/Julie answered my queries quickly and were keen to ensure that they were resolved. A big thank you to Virginia who kindly moved our booking without any problems during the pandemic palava. In all, a great villa in what seemed a quiet location. Perfect for families. I am sure we will return!

Great for the money
Just back from a lovely stay in Playa Blanca, Found the villa very easily, had been to Playa Blanca before so knew where we were headed, The villa was a little further out of the town then I thought it would be but wasn't a problem as we had a car.
The Villa was nice and clean and had what we needed, I would have given 5 stars but it did need a little TLC and updating, especially outside, paint needed re doing, tiles were off in the pool, woodwork looked very tired. All the outside chairs etc were very dirty and dusty when arrived but could have been given the villa next door was having lots work done so think all their mess had come over. We did tell the cleaners who came and washed it down. Despite that the pool was lovely and large and we spent a great deal of time in it. We didn't use the pool table as that really did look like it needed a good clean.
Was unfortunate with the work next door and a lot of banging and noise but that could happen anywhere.
There were duvets on the bed which really weren't needed as so hot, a sheet would have been fine.
All in all a great stay.

Wonderful stay!
Visited with my family and young baby Sept 2020. Requested early check in which was honoured. Lovely residential area with lots of villas around. Beautiful holiday home and very clean on arrival! Well stocked with kitchen utensils, glasses, towels etc. Provided us with a clean travel cot with an extra mattress which we really appreciated! The main living space and bedroom have air con but the other rooms have fans. Pool was cleaned twice during our stay. About 20 minute walk to shops, restaurants etc. Taxis cost €3. We hired a car for €50 which was worth it just for the airport trip.
Overall very happy with our stay. 10/10 definitely recommend!

Fab Villa
Villa was very well presented and had everything you would need for your stay. Good location only a 25 minute walk into Playa Blanca and only 3 euros for taxi back. The outside area and pool was brilliant. Had a lovely relaxing stay. Would definitely book again

Great place to stay
Casa Rossi is a lovely villa.
It’s perfect for a family or group of friends. The kitchen is well equipped (not that we used it much).
The lounge was just right, two nice comfy sofas and with an air con/heater which was really useful as it got a bit chilly in the evening before we went out. The WiFi and TV all worked really well.
The beds were really comfy which is not always the case in self catering accommodation.
But for me it was the outside space which was the best.
The whole outside space was really well maintained.
The pool was heated and a really nice size too.
The plot faces west I think which meant it got the sun all day and particularly in the seating area by the house in the evening making it a lovely place to sit at the end of the day.
It’s a short taxi ride from the town centre and all the restaurants.
I would definitely return to this property.

Brilliant-again!
Returned after last year’s brilliant stay and stayed for 10 nights in August. The villa is spotless, pool is great, BBQ area really good, comfortable beds-can’t really ask for much more. Pool was cleaned twice and villa was also cleaned-fresh sheets and towels. Great addition this year of the dishwasher! Another fab stay-thanks Ginny x

A great stay
Liked this place alot. Good sized accommodation, well appointed and well stocked. Realistically a short and cheap cab from the strip, none the less, 100% good!

Lanza mid week break
Had a great time. Villa was very well presented and had everything you would need for your stay. The pool was brilliant but the pool table is getting a little old. Apart from that, fantastic place, lovely ambient lighting in the garden and very relaxing atmosphere. Will book again

Loved the Villa, only downside was no dishwasher as advertised. Also the Wifi at 1Mps was not able to cope with the IPTV system provided with the Villa. Apart from that everything was Excellent.
