It is ideal for families, couples, seniors, since it is located in a very quiet area, and has no stairs, no architectural barriers to access. The villa is surrounded by a large garden, barbecue, solarium, pool (the air conditioning is only available from October to May if necessary and if the temperature is lower), and parking make your stay as intimate as possible and comfortable every month of the year. Villa Bol-Can is spacious and very bright. It has 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with pool access and a private bathroom, 2 bathrooms, living room and fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for your comfort (oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer and dishwasher), large kitchenware, cutlery, etc. and also it has at its disposal washing machine, iron and cleaning utensils.
