Casa Piscina is an absolutely stunning luxury holiday villa, complete with private heated swimming pool. This magnificent villa which is situated in the Bouganvilla development aera has been both furnished and equipped to a high standard, with no expense spared. The villa has Wi-Fi, Satellite TV and full airconditioning (on both floors). The pool is specially designed for the villa, large and inviting (The largest pool in the Las Buganvillas developement).
Casa Piscina is situated on a one of the prime plots of the development (back line) therefore it commands spectacular sea/mountain views. The South facing terraces which are set on 2 levels are decked out with sunloungers/cushions, parasols & outside dining furniture.

Ladies get away
Had a wonderful time in playa Blanca. Great restaurants. Lacks evening entertainment if this is what you are looking for.

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette villa. Elle est très confortable, et bien équipée. Nous avons profité de la piscine suffisamment chauffée, des aperos sur le toit terrasse et parties de billard en extérieur. La literie est également confortable. Si nous revenons à Lanzarote nous reviendrons dans cette villa sans hésiter

Playa Blanca Lanzarote Villa Cala Priscina
Just came back from 11 days in Playa Blanca. Approx 30 mins drive from the Airport. We had a mini bus, Zip transfers. The weather was Warm enough to wear a bathing costume, lovely, sunny and warm cooling in the evenings. Stayed in a fabulous villa Cala Priscina a 20 mins walk based in a residential area. Had all the amenities for 8 people. Clean, tasteful decor, comfortable beds, lounges, eating areas. A wonderful terrace with sea views. Free WIFI & heated swimming pool. Everything you need. A small local shop less than 5 mins walk.
Supermarkets are in Playa Blanca.There were parking spaces but we used taxis as they were prompt and only costs around 4 euros.
Everywhere was clean & tidy. Locals were friendly felt very safe. All the restaurants we tried were reasonably priced and value for money. The beach area was clean 4 euros each for beds and parasols. With bars over looking. Rubicon Marina has some lovely restaurants, a shopping centre and boutiques to browse. The landscape is of black volcanic rock. Isn’t very scenic travelling from the Airport but the mountains back drop with the white buildings looks rather nice. No high rise buildings, looks like some nice hotels there too. Playa Blanca suitable for couples and families.

Lovely villa you will not be disappointed
Villa very spacious, loved the large pool and games room, food starter pack was very nice,the freezer was very small for the size of the villa. We hired a car which had life easier, but you could walk to Playa Blanca would take about 20 minutes.
You would not be disappointed if you book this villa

Amazing villa, great location
Spent a fabulous week at this amazing villa. Very well equipped, clean & spacious. Pool was great, the grandkids loved the games room & pool table. Right next to the tennis court. Kitchen was very well equipped with everything you need to cater for a large group/family meal etc. Plenty of pool & bath towels provided. About 15 to 20 minutes stroll to the beach & restaurants, perfect. The only small recommendation I would make is there needs to be a small freezer or ice box in the kitchen, as we had to go to the games room outside every time we wanted ice for drinks etc, but otherwise I would highly recommend this villa, fabulous!

Fabulous Villa & Perfect Holiday!
This really is a fabulous villa. It’s really well equipped & comfortable. The pool & outside areas are lovely & are extremely well furnished to a very high standard. The location is good & Playa Blanca is a more upmarket resort in Lanzarote, having compared it to a day trip to Peurto Del Carmen which we weren’t keen on. Anette is really helpful & answers any questions you might have. The standard of accommodation really is excellent & the welcome pack was perfect at the end of a long journey. We’d definitely stay again.

Perfect luxurious family villa
Location wise, it's about 20 mins walk to beach/town centre area. There is a small shop for essentials literally 2/3 mins walk from the villa.
The villa is of a very high standard, swimming pool is large. Has it's own pool table and games room for table tennis etc.
We took advantage of the tennis court which is a stones throw away.
The balcony area above the pool area has lovely views of the area.
We had a couple of minor issues that were remedied almost immediately, we thought the welcome pack was a really nice touch.
If we return to Lanzarote we will definitely use the villa again.

Brilliant
An excellent villa. Truly. Everything is of a very high quality.
Location wise - It is a good 20 mins walk into Playa Blanca and I think being prepared for that makes for a much better stay. We thought, wrongly, that we were much closer.
We got a cab number eventually which helped.
The owners are unbelievable- helpful, responsive and kind.

Fab stay
An outstanding venue, fab accommodation with great attention to detail and thoughtfulness for holiday makers.
The owner has clearly thought about her guests, for which we were grateful as it really enhanced our stay!
Optima villas, whom we booked with, were also very attentive and ultra quick to respond to any queries. Nothing was too much trouble.
An amazing two weeks, we plan to return!!

Villa Casa Piscina Playa Blanca
We stayed for a week in this villa, Do not miss this one, this is the best presented villa we have ever stayed, and we have been to quite a few over the years. Nothing was too much trouble for Anette (the owner). Who was a pleasure to work with and answered any questions very promptly. Outside areas were perfect ,with lots of loungers and a really good sized heated pool. We were 5 adults and a toddler , lots of space for everyone. Supermarket 5 minutes away which stocked all the basics.I would recommend this villa to anyone. You will not be disappointed. Thanks Annette for a fabulous stress free holiday.😀

About the neighbourhood
There are a host of things to do in Playa Blanca as well as the obvious attractions of the beaches. <BR><BR>The promenade is well worth taking as it links the whole of the resort. It allows you to take in most of the (sea-front) sites of Playa Blanca as well as spectacular Ocean views across the Bocaina Straits to Fuerteventura. <BR><BR>Beaches in Playa Blanca<BR><BR>The coastline around Playa Blanca is essentially one large bay which is then broken up into three smaller, but still large, bays. The beaches in Playa Blanca are sheltered and ideal for swimming and sunbathing. <BR><BR>Shopping<BR><BR>Playa Blanca has all the normal tourist shops mixed with designer stores and the upmarket shopping experience of The Marina Rubicon. <BR><BR>Restaurants<BR><BR>There are some good seafood and family dining restaurants on the beach promenade overlooking the central Playa Blanca beach. Marina Rubicon also offers an excellent choices of restaurants. <BR>
Getting around
From Casa Piscina, you can walk to Playa Blanca center and beaches. It takes about 15-20 minutes easy stroll to the beach.
There are also taxis available and buses from Playa Blanca if you would like to explore the rest of the island.

How to get there
From airport follow to LZ-2 to Playa Blanca. In the first roundabout in Playa Blanca take the second exit to the right onto Barrio Pechiguera. After 600 meters take right onto Calle Europa. After 600 meters turn right onto Calle Inglaterra. After 180 meters turn left and you will see Las Buganvillas on the right. Casa Piscina is nr 43 to the left after the gate.
