This lovely house is located in the hills of Playa Garza, surrounded by lush tropical gardens and a secondary jungle. Only a few minutes away from the Pacific with long sandy beaches, secluded bays, and the famous surf beaches of Playa Guiones. We are 5 minutes from the local Blue Spirit (Omega Institute Retreat Center).
Ideal for people looking for a tranquil, peacefull and romantic place in the midst of nature, yet a few minutes to restaurants, shopping and tourist activities. Excellent for couples or families with teens. Other units available if more space is needed. Thanks to abundant windows(screens) there is always a refreshing breeze flowing through the living room, kitchen and bedrooms.

Peaceful and beautiful
A truly wonderful place. Away from the hustle of Nosara, yet close enough to drive 5 to 15 minutes to various beaches, surfing and restaurants.
House is super well equipped. Hosts are helpful yet give us privacy. Star gazing at the Milky Way and observing a group of howler monkeys eating blossoms from a tree just were extra amazing experiences right off our terrace.
Highly recommended.

Very comfortable
Clean house. Excellent view of Garza Bay. Easy to get around to beach, restaurants or cook at house. Hope to stay again.

Best paradise villa and hosts!
Erin and Peter were amazing hosts and people! We count ourselves lucky to have met them and feel very honored to have stayed in their magnificent villa. We look forward to seeing them again in the future. Their villa is in a secluded hilltop jungle overlooking Playa Garza, you have complete privacy with no visible neighbors around the villa. As soon as you walk into the main door, you will be welcomed with a picture perfect view. There's also a private gate and front yard to park your car. Everything in the house is well kept and has everything you'll need. I love all the thoughtful touches they provided throughout the place, seriously there's everything you'll need from cooking, doing laundry, making smoothies or even beaching! You can dunk yourself into their cooling whirlpool while soaking in all the surrounding nature. We've seen so many butterflies, birds, and etc. on their panoramic terrace. We didn't have to go anywhere to see nature because they were around us already. Waking up and sleeping to the sound of nature were special treats for us city people. It was such an amazing experience for us, we appreciated every moments of it. Erin knows everything about anything, she gives the best tips and advice with her special intuitive skills. Don't think twice before staying there, you'd be a fool not to book this as this is the true Costa Rican experience. We cannot thank Erin and Peter enough for opening up their lovely home to us. We've made friends with these two amazing people, that itself was priceless. Pura vida!

Beyond our expectations!
We stayed for 10 wonderful days at Peter and Erin's beautiful home. The view from the house is breathtaking, the house itself is set high above the jungle canopy, overlooking the ocean. It is spacious and airy and has been designed with great attention to detail. The plunge pool/jacuzzi was a lovely added touch and we spent many a happy hour cooling off and enjoying the view.
The roads around this part of Costa Rica are not for the faint-hearted - Gravel roads with lots of pot-holes, but this just means less tourists which adds to the authenticity and magic of the place.
The beaches are stunning, lots of great restaurants, and activities. Peter and Erin were perfect hosts. They helped us to book local activities and gave us fantastic local recommendations.
We have three big kids - 14, 12 and 9 who love to surf, hoseride, and generally be active but they were actually just really happy inbetween chilling out at the house! They have all said that this was their favorite vacation ever - And they are very well travelled children!!
We hope to book again in the not too distant future!

Perfect vacation home
We spent 2 weeks in this beautiful vacation home and had such a great time! The home is situated on a beautiful hillside with breathtaking views of the ocean, peaceful, safe and secure. Erin and Peter were amazing hosts, greeting us as we arrived, providing us recommendations on the area and were always there to help with anything, although, there was little we needed as the property was perfect!
Erin and Peter are beautiful souls and we are looking forward to staying here again on our next visit to Costa Rica!
If you are looking for a relaxing and beautiful place to stay while exploring the amazing beaches of Nosara, we highly recommend staying at Casa Pepito!

Over the top!
Dies ist ein unglaublich schönes und großzügiges Haus in bewaldeten Hügeln über dem Ozean. Es hatte 2 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder, eine perfekte Küche und einen jacuzzi auf der Terrasse aus dem man das Meer sehen kann. Großzügiger als das Haus war lediglich die Freundlichkeit unserer Gastgeber Erin und Peter die uns mit Tipps und Ratschlägen immer geholfen haben. Sie haben uns auch zu einem wunderbaren Grillabend in ihr Haus am Strand eingeladen und unsere 5jährigen Zwillinge fragen jetzt noch nach den beiden. Vielen Dank für alles. Ach ja, Peter aus de Schweiz spricht natürlich perfekt deutsch, möglicherweise wichtig für manche Reisende. Ohne Einschränkung zu empfehlen.

Tranquil Home in a Beautiful Part of the World
My wife and I spent a week at Casa Pepito at the end of November 2017 while celebrating our ten year anniversary. This was our second trip to the Nosara area but it was our first experience staying in Playa Garza.
The House: Casa Pepito is a beautiful house perched on a hill with a phenomenal view of Playa Garza. The living area, two bedrooms and two full bathrooms were more than enough space for the two of us as well as for our friend who visited us for a few days from San Jose. The house is clean, safe and well maintained. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and we enjoyed eating breakfast looking out to Playa Garza and the Pacific Ocean beyond. After spending a few days in the jungle, we were happy to have the opportunity to launder our clothes using the washer and dryer found in the home. Casa Pepito has numerous windows and doors that are meant to be opened to take advantage of the breezes afforded by being in the hills above Garza. Opening up the house also provided us with the opportunity to fully experience the amazing natural surroundings of the house. We heard howler monkeys every day we were there and saw them numerous times as we relaxed in the refreshing plunge pool.
Playa Garza: Playa Garza is the beach just south of Playa Guiones. Unlike Guiones, Garza is not known for surfing. Rather, it is quiet and the ocean is mostly calm, especially at low tide. In our time there, we found Playa Garza to be gorgeous, exotic and mostly deserted. We loved spending time there and especially enjoyed having lunch and Imperials at Soda Garza, right on the beach. It takes about 15 minutes to get to Guiones from Garza as you slowly traverse the bumpy unpaved road in between the two. However, the drive is a beautiful adventure in itself and we enjoyed the journey and we were always happy to return to the comfortable surroundings of Casa Pepito.
The Owners: Leading up to our trip, Erin and Peter were easy to communicate with and happy to answer any question that we had. Erin and Peter live just up the hill and, while we did not have the opportunity to meet Peter during our stay as he was out of town, we did meet with Erin. Erin was respectful of our privacy but also very kind and willing to give us suggestions about a place that she clearly loves. We were happy to have the chance to interact with her.
Bottom line, we had a great experience, from start to finish, with Casa Pepito and would highly recommend it.

Casa Pepito made for a tranquil and memorable visit to Costa Rica. More than I imagined!
This was our first visit to Costa Rica and we were very impressed with the personal welcome by Erin and Peter. The home left nothing to be desired as it was clean and had all home necessities to experience 'Pura Vida'! Peter came by one evening and shared his experience of local attractions which helped us make the most of our stay in Nosara.
Our stay was only 3 days and 2 nights too short a stay to as we truly enjoyed the cozy character of Casa Pepito. The tranquil wildlife on the patio was so relaxing after a full day of fishing or beach exploration.
Our stay in this lovely villa made for a memorable vacation for us and our hope is to be able to visit again!

Wonderful Villa and Warm and Delightful Owners--wish we could have stayed a month!
This lovely villa with a view of the Pacific-Playa Garza, was an excellent find---clean, well provisioned for our arrival with fruit, flowers, and everything we needed for a short 3 day, 2 night stay. Our hosts, Erin and Peter, welcomed us on our late arrival, helped us order pizza and salads for home delivery, got us settled into their beautifully furnished villa, and oriented us as to attractions for our stay in Nosara. Peter & Erin invited us over the second night for happy hour and we got better acquainted with their very special property, with multiple offerings for groups of all sizes. This is a must-return for us. And, we met some lovely owners who go out of their way to enjoy their property and the area. Erin is a massage therapist and we intend to take advantage of a massage on our next trip to Casa Pepito. Our guests got close up views of the howlers in the trees down the road from the property, and many bird species to admire off the balcony.

Stunning Villa on Pacific coast
Peter & Erin were amazing hosts, always nearby when we needed them, but never intrusive. They even invited us up to there house (just up the hill) for sundowners on our last evening. We feel like we made new friends. Erin even spared some time to give us a what to do in the area session.The Villa is quite simply stunning , with views across the native bush to the sea. We could watch the wildlife in front of us and just soak up this beautiful piece of paradise. The Villa was immaculate and everything our family of four could wish for. We can not recommend Peter & Erin and their beautiful Villa enough. We will be back. Mark & Diana
