    This 1200 sf ocean front condo has 2br 2ba and a sleeper sofa for 6 guests. With great views of the Gulf of Mexico and the intercoastal waterways. We have a 25ft balconey looking over the water. Master bedroom with 10ft slider, spare room with 6ft slider and living room 6ft slider all to the balconey. We have a new kitchen and living room furniture, everything in the condo has been bought new as of January 2019, 40in flat screen HDTV.     The roof next door is done and I had new impact windows put in so you can not hear anything
