The Monterey is a beach front resort located on an island ocean side of Gulf Blvd in an area known locally as Sunset Reef thus no busy road to cross. It takes just 45 seconds to access the best beach around on Redington Shores via your private walk way.
Your beach parking is FREE as long as you park in your private assigned spot marked # 19.
The condo recently has undergone some nice updates including granite counter tops, custom tiled bathroom, and a solid mahogany hand carved custom built king size bed & furniture.
A local artist hand painted the interior walls and ceilings giving the condo a unique look and feel.
