It can be accessed via stairs or lift from the secure private undergound car park. The apartment is part of the Porto Fino residence which has been designed, built and furnished to a high standard giving a comfortable, light and modern feel.

The south facing terrace has a commanding view over the swimming pool and the property is located just 2 minutes walk away from one of the blue flag beaches, yachting marina and a host of bars, restaurants and shops.

Right across the road is the top class golf course designed by Gary Player consisting of a 18 hole master course and a easier 9 hole classic course.

The apartment comprises of a spacious living room with double patio doors leading to a large balcony overlooking the main pool, there are further patio doors leading to a small balcony on the side of the lounge.
The corner chaise sofa easily converts to an additional double bed if required.
Dining area is suitable for 6 people.
Large kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, cooker, toaster, microwave and opens out onto the terrace.
Utility area houses a sink and a washing machine.

Malaga Airport is also an option, this entails a lovely scenic coastal journey of around 2 hours taking in the breathtaking scenery and blue Mediterranen sea on the way.
