En la planta inferior, tenemos un amplio vestíbulo, salón-comedor, cocina independiente, aseo y patio con acceso desde la cocina; en la planta superior, cuenta con un dormitorio principal con cama de matrimonio con armario empotrado, dos dormitorios con camas nido con armarios y mesa de estudio, un baño completo y una terraza tendedero.Aire acondicionado frío-calor en salón-comedor y planta superior. Lavavajillas, microondas, vitrocerámica, horno, lavadora, frigorífico combi, tostadora, menaje de cocina, plancha, TV. Acceso a través de un jardín comunitario cerrado. Toallas y sábanas incluidas.

Exceptionnel !!
Un superbe apartamento très bien situé a côté du centre dans une zone très calme de Puerto real . Tres propre avec tout le confort espéré.
Merci a Carmen et Rafael qui ont été super sympa. Nous ont aidés spontanément quand nous avons eu besoin . Nous on conseillé . Ils sont super !!!! C'est rare.
Des vacances inoubliables !

La casa es muy amplia, está muy limpia y nueva, situada en zona tranquila, totalmente recomendable. Cerca de pueblos con fiesta, playa a cinco minutos y Mercadona tambien

Appartement très accueillant
Appartement très accueillant.
Très proche de la mer.
A quelques minutes de marche de tous les services (bus, supermarché, centre médical, plage).
A quelques minutes de voitures de Cadiz, Puerto Santa Maria, Jerez.
Très propre et silencieux.
Nous étions 2 adultes et 4 enfants et n'avons pas manqué de place pour un séjour de 3 semaines
