Great Apartment, Fantastic Location
Great apartment in a fantastic location in Costa Teguise. Just a couple of minutes walk to the nearest supermarket, bars, cafes & restaurants and just 10 minutes (max) to the centre and square. The apartment is spacious and comfortable with the outdoor terrace a great space and has its own parking space if you hire a car. Everything you need for a great holiday.
Adrian was helpful during the whole process from booking to arrival, and responded to any questions we had promptly

Not IDEAL
I booked APARTAMENTO IDEAL on the basis of its 5 star reviews on TripAdvisor. I now wish I had paid more attention to how OLD those reviews were. The apartment is tired and very basic. By far the worst thing was the kitchen, which needs to be completely replaced. The veneers are peeling off all of the surfaces, and we never even contemplated using the oven, so grotty was it. The fridge was OK but the freezer was completely iced up, not to mention the fact that it contained sausages and mussels which had been there for god knows how long. The patio furniture consists of four chairs and two loungers, all of which were broken, as was the outdoor light. The clothes rails in both of the wardrobes were held up by sticky tape and string and hose grips. The apartment is in a residential complex and despite the fact that pets are not allowed, it transpired that at least three of the surrounding residents had dogs. The occupants of the apartment upstairs had two large husky-like dogs. On the positive side, the washing machine, TV and Wi-fi were good. Also the location is very convenient for nearby restaurants and a supermarket. It's just a shame that apartment itself was so disappointing.

Encantados de nuestra estancia
Excelente apartamento. Muy limpio, situado en urbanización muy tranquila y al mismo tiempo con todo cerca: supermercado, tiendas, restaurantes. Es muy agradable con un jardincito estupendo. Esperamos volver!!

Excellent Apartment
Adrians place is amazing, very central to bars and restaurants etc. and Adrian is always a phone call away should you need anything.
The apartment is well equipped and the beds were comfortable.
Adrian let us check out late as we had a late flight which was much appreciated.

Perfect Location
Really enjoyed our stay here. Five minutes walk to the beach, supermarket on the corner & many bars & restaurants also within a short five minute walk. Apartment was spotless and despite being an hour delayed we were met by Adrian with the keys. Great wee secluded garden patio that got the sun from early morning till about 3pm which was great for winter sun. It’s pretty basic but all that we needed was there. Will definitely be back.

Great apartment
We have just returned from 4 weeks in this ideally situated apartment. Beach, restaurants, bars and supermarket all within 5 minutes walk.
The apartment was spotless and the outside space is really good with sun all day.
Adrian, the owner, was very friendly and helpful

Exceptional
We leave this place tomorrow & it’s been perfect for our stay. 5 minutes walk to both main beach & the square which is a beautiful little oasis of superb restaurants & bars. The apartment itself is large with a self contained patio/ garden which is walled to make it private & safe. Everything we needed was on hand & the whole place was immaculate, we were even left fruit & water . Adrian our host was waiting for us at midnight to greet us personally & is a delightful man & touched base discreetly to make sure all was ok, he even went above & beyond to arrange our return to the airport. Can not recommend this place highly enough. 5* service *****

Excellent
The apartment is perfect ideally located to all amenities. The apartment is large and immaculately clean, the WiFi is not the best and only works in the sitting room. The only complaint is from my husband who thinks the bed is lumpy!!

Great apartment in good location.
Apartment is part of residential complex but unusually close to resort is 5 minute walk to beach and main square. Apartment had all equipment needed and garden had sun from early morning to late afternoon. If the only complaint was the pillows were too hard then it shows how much we enjoyed our stay.

FANTASIC
Apartment was exactly as described, very clean and good range of crockery and utensils. Fabulous to have normal 'living' items in the apartment I.e. Washing liquid, salt, water, oil, vinegar, toilet paper etc.
Adrian was there to meet/greet us on time, accommodated us with 2 door keys that we had asked for, checked during our stay that all was well, and then checked again at the end of our two weeks.
Very quiet residential apartments, but in the middle of Costa Teguise and everywhere easily walkable to. Ideally situated with a well stocked supermarket on the corner of the street.
Cannot rate highly enough and would absolutely return and recommend to anyone.
