The accommodation in this wonderful villa consists of:
At Pool Level: A spacious lounge/dining room of approximately 100sq.m. This area has a virtually complete wall of sliding glass doors, leading out directly to the swimming pool area, and offering the maximum impact of the sea views. The dining area has space for seating up to twenty guests, and again is positioned to take advantage of views out to the pool and sea beyond, giving a combined exterior/interior atmosphere. The French doors lead out onto extensive decked terraces around the pool, ideal for al fresco dining.
The professional style kitchen leads off the living area and features units and appliances of luxurious contemporary design, with a central island feature. Leading from this is the utility room, which has access to the external maintenance area with additional washing machines and storage for wine. This section of the house is specifically designed for use by resident staff.
This floor also has a double bedroom with a dressing room and en-suite bathroom, luxuriously fitted with a whirlpool bath and twin sinks. Again glass sliding doors lead directly onto the pool terrace.
A spectacular curved stairway leads up to:
First Floor: The main front door - up a short flight of steps from the driveway - leads into this level, with the wonderful staircase leading both upwards and down. The main hallway boasts a secondary seating area, again with large glass doors leading onto two verandas looking out over the view. This floor has four double bedrooms, all en-suite, two of which have access to sea-view verandas. One of the bedrooms is currently fitted as an office/music room and is completely sound-proofed.
Second Floor: The carpeted staircase continues up to the master bedroom suite, including a large marble bathroom with whirlpool bath, shower, twin sinks, and a dressing room, plus adjacent lounge area. Two sets of glass doors lead out onto the double veranda, looking out over the pool and sea views.
The flooring in the villa is of either top quality marble tiles or polished bamboo floorboards. Climate control/air-conditioning is installed throughout the house and an inset glass-fronted fireplace is a feature of the main living area.
The L shaped swimming pool is mosaic tiled, of approx 14m x 10m, and on one side has a double shower enclosure, and a small fitness room. Below the pool at the bottom of a lawned slope is a duck pond with a waterfall.
Entry to the property is walled and gated, and on the perimeter is a 'staff house' consisting of two separate fully fitted luxurious studio apartments. The grounds are walled and landscaped, and 150 Cypress trees have been planted to ensure the privacy of the villa.

We had a fabulous week-end celebrating with friends at Villa Gaia, Lina and Luce.
Fantastic villas, with incredible views and truly amazing customer service from Benito and Ivaylo. The attention to detail was greatly appreciated by all. Highly recommended, luxury destination.

Perfect in every way
The Villa was perfect for our family staying in Gouvia to celebrate our sons wedding.
The Villa was perfect for the occassion and the views are spectacular. The Villa has everything you couold need to enjoy your holiday. Benito and Ivaylo were more than accommodating and ready to help with all our needs. Everyone was more than happy with their rooms and all the facilities including a fantastic pool and outside area. The only problem with this Villa is you dont want to leave it and so you could miss visiting some of the beautiful coastline of Corfu. Would love to return again.

Amazing Vila for our hen!
Had a fantastic time at Vila Gaia. Couldn’t have asked for anything more.
Super helpful with everything on the trip, beautiful villa, clean and spacey. Plus an amazing view.

La villa offre ogni possibile lusso e relax. Tra l'altro, l'ospitalità del Sig. Benito è stata veramente squisita. Torneremo certamente.

Tranquillità e lusso
Meravigliosa location in zona tranquilla con una spettacolare vista sul mare. Struttura degna di un hotel a 5 stelle. Molto curata, molto pulita, con una bellissima piscina. Dotata di ogni comfort. Situata in una zona centrale dell'isola che permette di raggiungere facilmente il centro od ottimo punto di partenza per le migliori escursioni. Fantastica l'accoglienza di Benito ed Ivo. Ci tornerò senz'altro.

In a villa with luxury amenities
The villa is on top of the hill with the best view of the island. Accomodation superb and we had the best vacation with friends. Ever. The villa offers all amenities you can find in a luxury hotel. I definetly suggest Villa Gaia comparing to any 5 star hotel around.

Espressione della perfezione
Location fantastica con vista panoramica della baia di Gouvia ma anche della città di Corfu. La struttura di altissimo livello degna di un 5 stelle. Le room si possono definire senza esagerare "suite". Le sei suite di Villa Gaia hanno finiture importanti, ampi bagni tutto di grande gusto e poi piscina, sauna, Bbq, forno per pizze, parcheggio, wi-fi cassaforte in non ogni camera, pulizia maniacale. Benito ed Ivaylo ospitali e cordiali. Ci tornerò sicuramente è lo consiglio a tutti voi.

Fantastische und einzigartige Location!
Die Villa Gaia ist eine fantastischer Platz, um eine wirklich unvergessliche Zeit zu verbringen.
Sie ist sehr luxuriös und stilvoll eingerichtet und befindet sich in einem makellosen Zustand. Das Haus und auch der Außenbereich bieten viele Möglichkeiten, um sich bestens zu erholen: Schwimmen im großzügigen Pool, Sonnenbaden oder ein gemeinsames Essen an der großen Tafel.
Besonders der großartige Ausblick auf das Meer und die albanische Küste hatten es uns angetan! Je nach Tageszeit zeigt sich diese in immer anderen Farben. Wunderschön!!!
Wir möchten an dieser Stelle insbesondere den beiden Gastgeber Ivaylo und Benito danken. Sie haben mit ihrer zuvorkommenden und immer hilfsbereiten Art ihren Teil zu einem unvergesslichen Urlaub beigetragen!
Die Villa Gaia ist ein einzigartiger Ort auf Corfu! Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen!

Petit Paradis
Nous avons séjourné dans la Villa en juin. Dès notre arrivée nous avons été chouchouté par Benito et Ivaylo et toute l équipe : aux petits soins, d'une grande disponibilité et toujours très attentifs tout en restant très discrets. La vue à couper le souffle et le jardin avec son énorme piscine contribuent eux aussi à la magie du lieu.
En séjour pour célébrer un mariage, tout a été organisé de mains de maître par Benito et son équipe qui ont contribué à la magie du moment et de tout le séjour.
Un vrai petit paradis où j aurai un réel plaisir à revenir bien loin des hébergements dit de luxe impersonnels et stéréotypés.
