EXCELENTE ATICO
Estupendo ático en el centro de Lerma, al lado del parador y de muchos restaurantes y con unas vistas increíbles al campo y al parador. El ático tiene todas las comodidades que necesitas para sentirte como en tu propia casa. Hemos estado 8 adultos y 3niños e incluso tienen cuna que viene muy bien.
Totalmente recomendable, seguro que repetiremos

Amplísimo alojamiento
Apartamento que impresiona por sus dimensiones, decoración minimalista, todo muy limpio y con una ubicación inmejorable. Para repetir!

Magnífico emplazamiento, distribución y superficies, aunque mejorable algún detalle de equipamiento
Es un ático nuevo y luminoso (con ventanas velux) excelentemente ubicado junto al Parador. Dispone opcionalmente de parking en el propio edificio. Cuenta con un buen nivel general de equipamiento y de elementos y útiles de cocina. Dispone de 4 dormitorios y de 4 cuartos de baño, 3 de ellos en suite. Nuestra estancia, sin muchas horas en el piso, ha sido muy satisfactoria en general, si bien creemos objetivamente que sería conveniente dotar al salón de algún elemento mobiliario adicional para hacerlo más cálido, acogedor y cómodo para ocupación completa (en nuestro caso 8 personas) y de renovar/reemplazar alguno de los colchones y almohadas de alguna de las habitaciones. La familia propietaria, encantadora sin paliativos y con una esmerada atención en todo lo solicitado

FANTASTICA ESTANCIA EN LERMA
El pasado mes de agosto estuvimos cuatro días en Lerma, elegimos este ático por sus dimensiones y capacidad, ya que eramos cuatro pajeras con dos niños y no nos equivocamos.
El ático es muy amplio, destaca su excelente ubicación dentro de la bonita población de Lerma (junto al parador), nos gusto también que estaba todo muy limpio y cuidado.
Sin duda alguna, si volvemos algún día, repetiremos; también salimos encantados del trato personal de la dueña, muy atenta, servicial y amable.
Por poner alguna critica, las camas son de 1,35 metros, aunque para cuatro noches tampoco fue inconveniente.
LO RECOMENDAMOS, muchas gracias .

Excepcional y privilegiado !!!
Piso espectacular con vistas privilegiadas a Lerma y al Parador , si quieres olvidarte del mundo y encontrar tranquilidad es un sitio ideal ,tiene todos los servicios que se necesitan para tener una buena estancia ya sea en vacaciones o como lugar de paso ., ideal para ir con niños parques y espacios muy cercanos, Muy recomendable .

Excelente atico en el centro de Lerma.
Atico precioso frente al parador, muy limpio y confortable. El trato con Sara, la propietaria, fue exquisito. Muy limpio y funcional, en el centro del precioso pueblo de Lerma. Absolutamente recomendable.

Espectacular piso, muy grande y con la mejor ubicación.
Estamos pasando esta semana santa 2015 en la región de Burgos 4 familias con niños. El ático es perfecto, ni mucho menos esperábamos que fuese tan grande, y todo nuevo. Parece que estrenes piso. Los propietarios super majos. Y encima esta dentro del centro histórico, desde las ventanas es como si estuvieses dentro del famoso parador. Estamos sorprendidos y Lerma es bellísima. No se si volveremos por esta zona, pero si lo hacemos no tendremos dudas.
