Villa Breia cuenta con jardín, piscina al aire libre y vistas a la piscina. El BREIA se encuentra en Puerto del Carmen. Este alojamiento con aire acondicionado(de pago) está a 22 km de Costa Teguise.

Gorgeous Villa - Great Location
We have just come back from a week at Villa Breia, where we had a great time. Maria and family are wonderful hosts and will go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible, and as hassle-free. The airport is a 10-minute drive away; as our flight got in late in the evening, our hosts offered to buy us groceries from the local Lidl, based on a shopping list I sent them via WhatsApp (which was our main mode of communication). Maria was there to welcome us to the villa and show us around. The villa is lovely and was spotlessly clean. There are multiple sitting and dining areas to choose from and the rooms are spacious, with ample storage space and everything you need. The pool area is private and secluded, with a BBQ and plenty of ‘lounging’ space, in the sun or in the shade, and the sea views from the outdoor area are gorgeous. The area is residential and quiet, but still really convenient for accessing the main boulevard, the Playa Grande, where all the action takes place. This is a 15-minute walk away, or you can get a taxi for a few euros. We found the villa’s location ideal for the perfect mixture of entertainment and relaxation. We would highly recommend it for a fabulous Lanzarote holiday.

Absolute Perfection
We have just returned from 11 nights in Villa Breia. Its hard to think where to begin reviewing this property and the hosts, absolutely everything exceeded our expectations and we can not wait to return.
The Villa is about a 10-15 minute walk downhill to the main strip, Lidl is only 5 mins away and the old town & Biosfera Shopping Centre about a 10 minute walk. Being set back from the main area, Villa Breia is so tranquil and peaceful, I loved coming home at night from the hustle and bustle of Puerto Del Carmen to sit in absolute silence on the terrace.
The Villa is just beautiful and such a welcome change to the usual white walls and basic furniture in holiday lets. Every room in Villa Briea is really well decorated with a good mix of traditional decoration and furniture and high spec modern features. I loved that this didn't feel like a generic holiday home, it really did feel like we were staying in a well cared for family home. The pictures of this property really do not do it justice, there is a huge amount of space, there were 5 of us staying and we never felt like we were on top of each other.
We travelled with our 2 boys aged 3 & 8, they adored the pool area, the pool was cleaned every second day and was immaculate. I was concerned the children would be bored at night time however having Netflix in the 2 living areas kept them both amused and stopped any arguments over what to watch.
The whole Villa was sparkling clean on arrival and was cleaned again 5 days into our stay, all the beds and towels were changed. The Villa also has a washing machine and drying area so its very easy to keep the towels clean and dry.
Maria and her family were absolutely lovely, they contacted us really quickly after booking and couldn’t do enough for us. The offered to collect us from the airport, they got some shopping for us arriving, amongst other things. Anytime I contacted them they got back to me very quickly and efficiently. Our flight wasn’t until 9pm and for a small price Maria allowed us to stay at the Villa until it was time to leave for this airport – this was fantastic and practically added another day onto out holiday.
As I said this won’t be out last stay at Villa Breia, Maria and her family came to say goodbye to us and it almost felt like saying goodbye to a friend. I honestly can not recommend Villa Breia enough.

Fabulous villa for a perfect holiday
This is our second stay in Villa Breia and once again we had the most perfect holiday. The villa is spotlessly clean with everything you need plus more and is of a very high standard throughout. The pool and outdoor areas are great especially the outdoor lighting for various areas
The hosts are very welcoming, many thanks to Maria and her family, very friendly and good communication throughout the holiday.
Location is ideal as the villa is very private, not overlooked and easily accessible to town just a short 10minute walk to the beach and shops.
It's a real home from home and will always be our number 1 choice when we come to Lanzarote. Thank you again Villa Breia 👍

Second Stay this year
Just arrived for our second stay at Villa Breia this year and it feels like we’ve never been away.
The hosts are a wonderful family that can not do enough for you. We are here with young children and I love that they have a Christmas tree, Christmas lights & lots of Christmas sweets for us arriving.
The villa itself is perfect for us, large, well appointed rooms with all your home comforts mixed in with lots of modern technology - worldwide tv service, Netflix etc - great for the cooler December nights.
The pool is a great size, exceptionally clean and heated to a lovely temperature at this time of year.
I can’t imagine coming to Puerto Del Carmen and not staying at Villa Breia..

Amazing villa
We have just returned from our ten night stay at this beautiful villa. The villa was very private and quiet but yet only a fifteen mins walk to strip / old town .
The villa also had breathtaking views of the sea .
The villa was extremely clean and very well equipped with everything you need to cater for a family .
All the different seating areas gave you a lovely choice of dining . BBQ area, sun area and a beautiful sheltered area both back and front of the villa.
Maria and Francesco our hosts were wonderful to deal with and so friendly .
We look forward to many more return visits.

A Wonderful Villa Perfect for Families
Just back from a 7-day stay here and I can't recommend the property enough. It is perfect for families: 3 large bedrooms, a lovely heated swimming pool, many dining areas to enjoy your meals (three outside and one inside), two BBQs, TV's with Netflix, great wifi, etc...
We had great & pleasant communication with the hosts.
The whole villa was spotlessly clean and in a good location. It might be helpful if you have a car but would still be walking distance to the beach, supermarkets and old town if you are fairly fit and have no small children. The villa had everything you needed for a self-catering holiday.
Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would happily rebook this villa again.

Amazing villa
Loved it A family of 7. Pool fantastic and so clean. The villa was beautifully decorated. Absolutely amazing. Stayed for 14 days and we had a great time. Everything you needed was there. Views from villa speculator. Marie a lovely host from start of journey to end. The Quinn family.

Amazing villa!
Our family of three generations stayed at Villa Breia and what a fabulous time we had. Our grandson aged nearly three absolutely loved it. The accommodation provided everything we required for a perfect holiday. Maria the host answered all our concerns and questions in an efficient polite manner. What a lovely lady!
We will definitely return!
