This secluded luxury villa can sleep up to eight guests, sits on a prestigious plot with fantastic outside space, 8m x 4m private heated swimming pool, hot tub and children's pool which are enclosed by the volcanic walled gardens with fountain. Fibre Optic Internet is available throughout the villa so you can listen to your favourite music with the new Apple Homepod, a breakthrough speaker that adapts to its location and delivers high-fidelity audio. Also available are DVD’s, a music centre, games and books. Guests do not need to bring their own laptop computer or I-pod station. Leading out by its double doors to the terrace and pool area, you will find an impressive BBQ and great outdoor dining area space. For guests looking to self-cater you can enjoy a modern style kitchen, fully equipped with oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and a variety of smaller appliances designed to make catering nice and easy. The villas boasts two double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms with 4 bathrooms, 3 en-suite and 1 family bathroom. All the bedrooms have ceiling fans. Bath robes and beach towels are supplied, as is a baby cot, high chair and baby bath. A complimentary welcome basket is included on arrival. The owners who have lived on Lanzarote for the last thirty five years, have made sure attention to detail was of the utmost importance. Once you have arrived, you are given complete space to enjoy your holiday but our friendly on-site management service are on call 24/7 for anything you may need during your stay. A complimentary welcome basket is included on arrival. We provide an Eco-friendly cleaning service with a full clean and linen change once a week. Towels are supplied for the whole week. Beautiful villa

By far the best villa we have booked in Lanzarote. It has everything you need. Spotlessly clean on arrival and a lovely welcome hamper awaited us. Pool was lovely and warm. So many excellent facilities at the villa too. We will definitely be booking again.

About the neighbourhood
The exclusive Los Mojones area of Puerto del Carmen is just a 5 minute stroll to the old town of Puerto del Carmen, with its Harbour area and many shops, bars and restaurants and only a 10 minute walk to the long sandy beaches. There is also Lanzarotes new golf course. Puerto del Carmen is the largest and most established resort in Lanzarote and is a good base for a superb holiday. Whether it´s a family day relaxing at the beach or a family outing enjoying one of the many excursions the Island has to offer. Explore the lovely old town or shop till you drop in the many stores. This original fishing village still retains much of its charm and is home to some lovely bars as well as harbour-side restaurants serving delicious seafood dishes.
