With our apartment you will find a perfect combination of beach location as well as quiet and cozy surroundings. Located right on the main beach road you just need to cross the road to get to the most popular beach of the town. Countless shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets and many other tourist facilities are easily accessible on foot.
The apartment belongs to a small well maintained complex (20 Apt.) with pool. A few steps separate the complex from the main beach road.
You can rent it as a 1 bedroom apartment for 2 people or as a 2 bedroom apartment for 3-4 people (extra charge for the 2nd bedroom).

We had a great time in PDC. This apt was wonderful. It's beside the beach & between the old & new town - quiet & perfect location. The apt was spotless and really comfortable. It's exactly as the description & photos say. Christian met us on our arrival. He left us a lovely bottle of wine & water to get...

The apartment is located in the most popular part of Puerto del Carmen and in the immediate vicinity you will find everything that you might expect from a holiday resort. The main beach is only 50 meters away, supermarkets 2 minutes away, countless bars and restaurants within walking distance.
Right in the middle of everything but a complete tranquil surrounding. Use the communal pool or the main beach, there is also a large sun terrace by the pool.
Across the street is a supermarket which is open daily until 22:30 clock.
