Built on a vantage point the residence offers a 360° panoramic view of the island. The elegant villa is built on three levels and can host 8-10 guests. At the upper level there is a master room including a sitting area, bedroom and a bathroom. It features an amazing panoramic view from the bed through a large window. On the ground level there is a sitting area with fireplace, a dining area for 8 guests, an open plan kitchen equipped with necessary appliances and a WC. All areas have direct access to the big pergola shaded veranda with the splendid sea view where can dine 10 guests. On the same level and near the pool there is a separate studio of 30 m2 including a double bedroom and a bathroom, equipped with a small refrigerator and electric hotplates. At the lower level there are two twin bedrooms with a large bathroom and a WC. In front of them a spacious terrace with a green garden along the whole front side. All areas inside have air-condition. The outdoor place offers a private swimming pool with shower and WC, a big pergola shaded place with outdoor furniture and BBQ where you can relax, enjoy your meals and gaze at the sea. On the back of the house there is a parking place for 4-5 cars.
