La Petite Grange is a beautifully converted one bedroom barn equipped and appointed to a high standard. A bright and airy living/kitchen/dining room leads to a shaded deck and private BBQ area. There is a king size bed with ensuite shower room and WC. Parking is adjacent and you have your own front door.
The large garden is shared with one other 4 bed gite as is the swimming pool.
The gite sits in a beautiful quiet location situated in the tranquil Dordogne countryside in a quiet hamlet 10 minutes by car to a beautiful vibrant Bastide town, Eymet. It is approximately 25 mins drive to historic Bergerac.

La Petite Grange is in L'Estang, a small hamlet of approximately 10 houses and farms, part of the commune of Ste. Innocence. A peaceful area of vines, sunflowers and arable crops in gentle rolling countryside.
The 13th century Bastide town of Eymet is 7km away and is a beautiful vibrant place in the summer months with night and day markets. A succession of festivals are one of the highlights of a summer in Eymet.
You will be spoilt for choice for beautiful and historic places to visit. Monpazier, Villereal, Beaumont and the Sunday market at Issigeac for instance.
You are within easy distance of over 100 chateaux and other historic sites.
