Our Villa consists of the main villa plus one guesthouse, that are booked as one accommodation and is suitable for up to 8 persons.
Fiorentinos Villa features an outdoor private pool and an outdoor hydromassage. The villa is located in Katragaki, a coastal village in the East Coast of Zante, only 170 meters away from the beach.
The main villa offers two bedrooms, one bathroom with shower and a big open plan kitchen - living room and dining area. This villa opens to a spacious shaded veranda and has direct access to the private pool and hydromassage.
There is also a guesthouse right next to the main villa that consists of an open plan space with fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom with shower. The guesthouse also has a furnished veranda.

We were looking for a home base in Zakynthos from which we could discover the island with our young kids. Our host Erini, was fabulous and catered to our every wish. We arrived late in the night but Erini helped us arrange dinner. Fiorentinos Villa is truly a hidden gem in Zakynthos. We look forward to future stays there.

Fabulous villa and holiday
We had an amazing time at Fiorentinos villa in Zante. Erini the owner and her family made us feel so welcome and went above and beyond the norm. Erini took us food shopping, made us a wonderful meal and left us a lovely welcome basket of food.
The Villa has the main building with two good sized bedrooms with a modern bathroom and large kitchen/dining room/sitting room open plan area. There is a separate building with a large bedroom within an open plan kitchen and en-suite bathroom. The pool was so lovely and along with the rooftop terrace was a highlight. The views around were spectacular and we saw some beautiful sunsets.
The beach is a few minutes walk and we all loved snorkelling there and there are other beaches 10 to 15 minutes walk away. There are restaurants and bars in walking distance and a bus service to Zante town. We hired a car for a day and went to the Shipwreck beach and the Blue Caves which were both wonderful.
We had a fabulous time which was made more special by Erini’s care and attention. We would love to go back!

Wonderful Villa
We stayed here with our 10 month old daughter and my sister, her husband and two kids. It’s super spacious, plenty of room to hangout inside and outside. Great pool which we all enjoyed every day. The hostess was so lovely and kind. We would definitely go back and stay again. Highly recommend it!

Best Villa in Zakynthos
The best hosts, best location & best facilities. Great size rooms with good air con. Easy cooking facilities, TV with Netflix, ping pong table, big pool, rooftop seating area, hot tub & more. Location is perfect for the beach & local restaurants.
Paradiso bar is a wild night out if you get the YouTube out.

Great vacation
We had a great time at this villa. Irini was very welcoming and made us feel at home from the first second. Kitchen is fully equipped, a basket of goodies and fruits were waiting for us as we arrived. Pool and Jacuzzi area is awesome and cleaned every day.

The Great Beauty
Astonishing! You can hear The breeze of the sea while you are relaxing at your jacuzzi. A great and comfortable place to stay with my family.We were next to the greatest beauty: nature .We enjoyed every minute in the villa ,it was fully equipted & fulfilled all our needs!There was a beach next to us, but you can walk like 5 min to the next closer beach .Mrs and Mr Fiorentinos were very helpful and kind also , they gave us tips where to go.If you want to spend some quality time with your family and make unforgettable memories I totally recommend the Villa Fiorentinos.

Super verblijf
Wij hebben hier een week verbleven en wat hebben wij genoten!
Alles is zeer net en schoon. Tijd noch moeite is bespaard om het ons naar de zin te maken. Het zwembad en de jacuzzi zijn fantastisch!
Het ligt om de hoek van alle faciliteiten (supermarktjes/restaurants etc., maar buiten de drukte van Tsilivi.
Een betere gastheren kunnen wij ons niet voorstellen en wij kunnen het dan ook van harte aanbevelen.

The perfect spot for Zakynthos!
I've not been back to Greece for over 20 years. This was our first trip to Zakynthos and Irini was a spectacular person to rent from. She made sure our every desire and whim was taken care of. She paid close attention to details! The rental itself was plenty large for a family of 4. We had a nice bedroom, the kids had their room with two single beds and the living room was large enough to invite another 4-5 guests. The pool was beautiful and above the rental was a great roof top with chairs, table and a stunning view of the sea. I would definitely go back, and would definitely stay here again! That basically sums it up :)

Wonderful, peaceful villa. Irini couldn’t have been kinder or more helpful. Facilities were great and exceptionally clean. Sunbathing on the rooftop was a real treat. We will definitely go back!

Katragaki is a small coastal village about 3 km away from the tourist resort of Tsilivi, where you can find plenty of shops and restaurants, clubs and bars. Also interesting places to go such as the Reptile House, the Bowling and Tsilivi Waterpark are found here.
Near the villa the guests will find the beaches of Bouka, Gaidaros, Amboula and Katragaki whereas at a close distance there are a few tavernas and a mini market.
