Stayed here Feb 2016 for a week's skiing with my family. Friendly welcome on arrival late evening. The apartment is huge - plenty big enough for our family of five. It can be done and the Austrian public transport is excellent, certainly family Smyth navigated the time-table superbly. We booked out Speiereck and Grosseck for a week with two families and we had a fantastic time. The apartments are well appointed and Speiereck is far larger than advertised. Sankt Michael is a fantastic base for skiing and Haus Bellevue is the perfect partner.

Haus Bellevue can be found in the outskirts of St Michael in the heart of the Lungau holiday region of Austria.  The location ensures a peaceful stay with a feeling of being away from it all, yet the position is close enough to all the amenities that a car is not necessary. Within 10 minutes walk the town centre of St Michael offers numerous wonderful Cafes, Bakeries, Supermarkets, Restaurants and Shops.

The accommodation is also very well positioned for easy access to 4 sizeable Ski Areas, a large network of Mountain Bike Trails and Cycle Routes, numerous Hiking and Walking paths, Swimming Pools, Golf, Sight Seeing Attractions - everything you could want from a holiday.

The wonderful Lungau Valley provides the perfect place for vacation

Haus Bellevue can be found on the outskirts of St Michael in the heart of the Lungau Holiday Region of Austria. The accommodation is easy to reach just a short drive from the A10 Autobahn, 100km and about 1 ½ hours drive from Salzburg city. The town of St Michael is easy to reach from all directions. Salzburg is the most popular airport, but Klagenfurt is a similar distance away and a very good alternative. Further afield Munich airport is worth looking at, roughly 3 ½ hours drive but often offering a greater choice of flights. A car is recommended for both ease of travel and navigating the large valley.
