Casa Olivi is a wonderful romantic small house, built in stone, in the midst of an ancient olive groove.
The surrounding landscape is of a poetic beauty.
The house has a double bedroom and a bathroom on the first floor and a kitchen downstairs. Outside the house a terrace in the shade with barbecue and hammock.
In the winter the house is heated by a stove on wood, during summer the house is always pleasantly cool thanks to the thick stone walls.

About the neighbourhood
The Fiora River, reachable on foot in 15 minutes, became a “river park” in 2014. Its waters are very clean and you can have a wonderful bath there.
The area is rich in botanical and faunal biodiversity and places of great natural interest.
In fact, the proposal is currently underway to transform the entire Monte Amiata area into a large natural park reserve, unifying the already numerous existing parks.
The thermal baths in the area are within easy reach (Saturnia, Bagni San Filippo, etc.), as well as several art parks (Spoerri, etc.).
The most beautiful beaches of the Tuscan coast, including the enchanting Uccellina Park, can be reached in just over an hour. On Monte Amiata there are skiing facilities.
