All the facilities we needed were to hand - very well maintained swimming pool and tennis court and private areas to relax. We also enjoyed some lovely walks to nearby cafes and restaurants. Perfect location to enjoy peace and tranquillity or the hustle and bustle of nearby towns and street markets

We flew into Bordeaux and hired a car to travel onward to the Villa. Unfortunately we didn't appreciate that it was a Public Holiday and all the supermarkets were closed, luckily we found a patisserie open...so we would advice you to check before departing. The villa itself was lovely, well furnished and in excellent condition. We had terrific views looking...

We had a very happy, relaxing and tranquil stay at Le Tilleul. The house itself is clean, comfortable and well laid out with a good open plan kitchen, dining and sitting area with a beautiful fireplace and wonderful stone walls. This attractive property is cleverly designed on three levels. The ground floor includes a comfortable sitting room with stone fireplace and wood-burning stove, dining area and well-equipped kitchen with electric cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave oven. <BR><BR><BR>The lower level has been converted from the original cellar and includes a large double bedroom - cosy in winter and delightfully cool in summer - and a spacious bathroom. A deposit of £250 per week secures the booking. The balance payment plus a refundable security deposit of £300 is paid six weeks before the start of the rental period. The security deposit is refunded after the rental period provided the house is left in good order. Reservations made within six weeks of the start of the rental period require full payment at the time of booking.

There is a discount of £50 on the total rental cost for bookings of two weeks or more.

Payment is by direct transfer or cheque. Euros also accepted.

Changeover day is Saturday and minimal rental period is one week.
