Espacioso apartamento en primera línea de playa autentica (sobre la arena), muy cerca del centro de Barcelona, que aúna la posibilidad de visitar en pocos minutos cualquier punto de la ciudad y, a la vez, pasar unos maravillosos días en la playa, dispone de 4 habitaciones, dos de ellas con camas dobles, y las otras dos, con dos camas individuales cada una, 2 baños completos, salón espacioso, cocina-office equipada, gran terraza sobre el mar, aire acondicionado, calefacción, plaza de parking muy grande, incluida en el precio y situada en el mismo edificio, piscina comunitaria, internet-wifi de alta velocidad, Netflix, Amazon Prime video, Movistar tv, etc.
El edificio es muy tranquilo habitado en casi su totalidad por familias con niños. No es adecuado para fiestas que puedan molestar a...

La principal regla es, por encima de todo, no realizar ninguna actividad que pueda molestar a los vecinos, por ejemplo música fuerte a partir de las 22 horas o fiestas con ruido excesivo.

Debido al Covid 19, por el momento, es necesario llevar mascarilla puesta en todas las zonas comunes.

A large flat with a beautiful sea view
We had a lovely family stay in this spacious seafront flat. The accommodation is walking distance to shops, restaurants and the train to Barcelona which comes every 10minutes. We would recommend this accommodation and definitely stay again

Stay in Badalona
A fantastic apartment in a fabulous location. Sea views at all times. Short walk to restaurants, supermarket, main line railway station and other facilities in the town of Badalona. A 20 minute railway journey to Barcelona with the option of the metro as well. A very enjoyable stay overall and we would happily return to the apartment and location.

Location, location, location
The apartment is excellently located directly at the sea promenade in Badalona, close to the harbour. The price is adequate for the quality of the apartment. The apartment is a good choice for people, who would like to have a decently priced apartment close to beach and promenade, Besides location and price, the quality of the condominium is moderate only. Two of the bedrooms are rather tiny, the other two are of decent size. Some of the neighbours are very sensitive to noise, there is potential for conflict between tourists spending the late evening on the balcony and residents living upstairs. The heater for the water should be renewed, it has to be frequently reset to have warm water.

Lovely apartment with fabulous sea view.
We visited in April and were amazed at how quiet but beautiful Badalona was. Definitely worth the extra journey time on the train to Barcelona centre. Apartment was great for a family of five and could accommodate a larger group. Loved the balcony and close proximity to the beach.

Great location, excellent price
The location of the apartment is excellent. Given the price, there is no reason for complaint on the quality of the interior. Yes, two of the bedrooms are empty and filled to the utmost by the two beds, the furniture shows sign of wear and tear, but for less than 50 Euro a night and person, this is to be expected for a front row apartment at the beach. The interaction with the landlord was easy and very satisfactory. As a downside, one of the neighbors is very concerned about noise: late at night low voice chatter on the balcony is not accepted.
Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and consider coming back.

Belle appartement... à renover
- L’appartement est très bien situé: 10/15 min à pied de la gare (ligne directe pour le centre de BCN), 20mn à pied du métro. Face à la mer et au remblai qui est piéton. Juste à côté d’un supermarché.
- Très belle vue. La partie du balcon face à la mer est équipée d’une table où l’on peut manger à 4, voire 5 maxi. Les 2 chambres avec lit double donnent sur cette partie du balcon.
- la décoration est très vieillotte et n’optimise pas l’espace. Difficile de manger à plus de 6 sur la table de la salle à manger, et la table de la cuisine (en très mauvais état) ne peut accueillir que 4 personnes. Nous étions 5, il y a 8 couchages mais je ne vois pas comment nous aurions pu déjeuner tous ensemble si nous avions été 8!!!
- l’appartement est très mal équipé en couverts (seulement 9 couteaux), ce qui oblige à faire tourner le lave vaisselle trop souvent.
- une des 2 chambres doubles à sa propre salle de bain, mais la douche n’y est pas très pratique.
En résumé, nous avons passé un très bon séjour, mais l’appartement mériterait une rénovation, un mobilier adapté et quelques ustensiles de cuisine supplémentaires (couteaux, économe, presse agrumes...).

You pay for the view - thats it
The location is fantastic - and we really enjoyed the view. Part of the beach is “nudist/naked”, so that you have to cope. Everything is nearby. Easy to get around. But you pay a lot for the view/location we Think. The appartment needed care and love. It was dirty and everything in the kitchen was sticky. We were 8 people and the was only cups for 5 people and 7 knives, so you had to Wash all the time. The 6 of the 8 beds were horrible and not suited for adults with a lenght over 150cm. They were noisy and very very heard. We do not understand Why the owner does not spend a cuple of thousands to make sure that the overall impression goes with the price and view. There weren’t desent chairs to sit on at the teresse. There weren’t a table outside where you could sit and eat 8 people together. And No sunbeds? Neither at the pool? If these things were fixed - easily done, we would come back!

Es una ubicación perfecta, playa hermosa,pasarela o rambla muy bonita,limpia y con buena gastronomía,metro,bus y tren para recorrer todo lo atractivo de Barcelona ( la rambla, Montjuic,Barcelonesa,Sagrada Familia etc.) piscina ,parking.Mas no se puede pedir ,nuestra experiencia fue muy buena.Cayetano muy atento y correcto.
No he puesto excelente por considerar que le falta algo de mantenimiento al departamento y requiere el reemplazo de varios electrodomésticos.No obstante el departamento es muy cómodo con un balcón genial.

Muchas gracias por su opinión, tienen razón, esta semana se han cambiado el hervidor que agua, la tostadora y el exprimidor y se han añadido doce copas grandes de vino y doce vasos de agua, siempre aviso de que si falta algo o hay que renovar algo se me solicite, muchas gracias por todo, ha sido un placer tenerles en nuestra casa...

Vacances fraîches et pluvieuses
L'appartement est très bien situé en front de mer, face à la plage, sans circulation de véhicule ce qui permet à des enfants de jouer en toute sécurité. Métro ou train sont à 10 minutes à pied et mènent au coeur de Barcelone en 20 minutes.
S'il est grand, il mériterait toutefois un sérieux coup de jeunesse.
Le propriétaire très sympathique est intervenu à notre demande le jour même pour réparer quelques bricoles défectueuses.

Good value
We had an excellent stay in Badalona. The apartment is a little outdated but never mind. The location is perfect. Few steps to everything. Beach (very nice long beach), supermarket, restaurants at your doorsteps. 10 minutes walk to the train station in Badalona. We were 8 together. 10 to 53 years, and a lot to do for everybody. WiFi is good. The owner is helpful.
