Paradise Point is everything you want out of your budget Caribbean vacation. This small apt 3C has 1 bedroom w/ queen bed. A full bunk bed + queen pull-out sofa bed in the living room. Small kitchenette. Bathroom. AC, Fans, TVs, WiFi. There is a shared ocean view roof top deck dining patio w/ BBQ outdoors. Shared access to the pool. It is only a 12-minute walk away from the beach, and a 6-minute car ride away from the great food & night life of St. Lawrence gap in one direction and Oistins in the other. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: 1 - Our property is 5 stories tall and built into the Maxwell Hill cliff front, while it boasts amazing ocean views it also comes with a lot of stairs. IF YOU HAVE MOBILITY ISSUES PLEASE DO NOT BOOK AT PARADISE POINT. 2 - Our property is clean, modern & central BUT IT IS A LOW BUDGET PROPERTY. With our low rental prices also comes low-budget furnishings. The bed frames are cheap metal frame & the mattresses are memory foam or spring hybrids all from Amazon. The bed while comfortable will squeak/shake with a lot of heavy movement. Our bed linens and towels are also from the Amazon low-budget line. Our kitchen items are from the dollar store & Walmart. The ACs while cold are budget-friendly window ACs built into the wall, and as a result, they are not the quietest. 3 - This apartment while comfortable and stylish, has a very small & compact floor plan to maximize its budget-friendly nature. Please carefully review floor plans and pictures to make sure you will be comfortable in the small space. 4- In an effort to be eco-friendly we use solar-powered water heaters, as a result of this our hot water doesn’t get the hottest, especially on rainy or cloudy days. 5- We use budget-friendly window ACs built into the wall, as a result, they are not the quietest ACs on the market. 6- we didn’t tile our floors. To save money and enhance the minimalist modern look we did steel finish sealed concrete floors. 7- interior renovations on level 5 and level 4 might be occurring during stays. some noise may be experienced Monday-Friday 10 am-6 pm. We make every attempt to keep noise to a minimum while guests are in the building but as we expand some noise is unavoidable. 8- You have full property access (including the shared exterior spaces) for the occupancy for which you booked + 2 free visitors. Based on availability additional visitors can purchase a Visitors Pass at $25 USD/person or you can book the poolside party cabana for up to 30ppl for $300 USD or the rooftop deck can be rented for $150 USD for up to 15ppl. 9- We ONLY provide bath towels, guests will need to bring their own beach/pool towels. 10- There are no landlines on the property. Guests will want to either buy local sims or be prepared to use their local cell roaming or download a WIFI messaging app. 11- The pool/cabana is sometimes rented out on weekends and during school holidays for private events which normally last 4-6 hours. The pool/cabana will be closed to guests during private events. We try to keep loud music to a minimum and require all events to finish by 10 pm at the latest. We will always notify you of any events on the property beforehand. 12- Please note we do not have 24/7 maintenance or housekeeping service like most hotels. Our maintenance and housekeeping staff are only available between the hours of 9 am - 5 pm 13- Our dedicated housekeeping and maintenance team is available to change your gas tank between 9 am and 5 pm. In case of an emergency run-out outside of these hours, you can easily access spare tanks in the guest supply closet (apt 2/tinyhouse) or the housekeeping room (apt 5a). Simply reach out to us via the platform you booked for the door code and a step-by-step video tutorial on how to change the tank. 14- As a tropical haven, our property is home to a diverse array of wildlife, including monkeys, lizards, birds, crickets, frogs, and mosquitoes. And, of course, let's not forget our family cat, Ginger. So, be prepared to immerse yourself in nature and enjoy the sights and sounds of the local flora and fauna. 15- Please be advised that our establishment operates as a self-check-in and self-service property. Access is managed through electronic codes and the property is monitored by video surveillance for your safety and security.

we are built into maxwell hill cliff front and have 2 entrances. Top entrance is via maxwell hill road ... Bottom entrance is 2 blocks from maxwell main road. 10-minute walk away from Maxwell Beach from the bottom entrance. 6-minute walk (2 blocks away) from #11 ZR mini van bus route on maxwell main road from the bottom entrance. 11 min drive to the USA embassy from the top entrance 13 min walk (uphill roads) to popular discounts supermarket from the top entrance. 22 min walk (flat roads) to Oistins Massey supermarket from the bottom entrance. 24 min walk (flat roads) to the Dover beach entrance to st Lawrence gap.
Getting around
Buses in Barbados are $3.50BBD / $1.75 USD and taxis are frequent on Maxwell coast road 6-minute /2-block walk away. #11 ZR minibus route on maxwell coast road runs very frequently from 4/5 am to 12midnight and can take you from Oistins/Silver Sands to Bridgetown.

Directions to Paradise Point (TOP ENTRANCE) 19 Maxwell Hill Road, Maxwell, Christ Church FROM AIRPORT. 1️⃣Exit airport onto Tom Adam’s highway. 2️⃣Exit Tom Adam’s Highway at Kendal Hill 3️⃣Drive to the very bottom of Kendal hill 4️⃣At the T junction make a LEFT onto Maxwell Hill Road 5️⃣And then it’s the 12th house on the RIGHT (White House with grey driveway & red roof… If you pass 1st Ave maxwell hill on your left you have gone too far) You can also tell the driver we are on google maps as PARADISE POINT
