Lovely villa with private pool located in es Carritxó (Felanitx). With impressive views to the mountains, this rustic style house offers accommodation for 8 or 9 guests. This finca is absolutely wonderful, not only thanks to the beautiful and green garden surrounding the great pool, but also thanks to the impressive views to the luxuriant mountains. Start the day with a nice swim in order to enjoy a delicious breakfast early in the morning and really cool. The oval-shape chlorine pool sizes 9 x 4 metres and its water depth goes from 0.8 to 2 metres. It features an exterior shower as well as 8 sun loungers over the great extension of lawn, so that you can bask in the sun with total privacy. The greenery of the idyllic surroundings is the perfect ally to prepare and enjoy a succulent barbecue, simply under the shade of the tree. Regarding the building, a beautiful jewel of two storeys covered of Mallorcan stone, will make you feel the authentic essence of the island and rest as if you were at home. Sit and relax in the cosy living room while watching the satellite TV on the comfortable sofas and armchairs. For sure, always after lunch or dinner, cooked on the ceramic hob and enjoyed in the independent dining room, where a table with chairs is surrounded by the natural stone walls. The laundry room offers a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. This main floor is completed with a bedroom with two twin beds, a wardrobe, space for a cot and a high chair and an en-suite bathroom with a tub. Going upstairs you find three more bedrooms with a wardrobe each. Two of the bedrooms have two twin beds and the last one features a double bed. We will gladly prepare a folding bed for the 9th guest. This top floor also offers 2 independent shower bathrooms. Two fans for the hottest days and oil central heating for the winter season complete the equipment of the house. On the outskirts of es Carritxó, the location of the property is fabulous since it is placed within a quite privileged natural environment and in one of the most beautiful areas in the island, specially if you are in search of dreamy coves and beaches. Most of them are reachable in a perimeter of 12 km, like for example Cala d'Or, Cala Marsal, Portocolom, Cala Santanyí or Cala Llombards, being all of them paradisaical and surrounding the incomparable and protected Park Natural of Mondragó, where you can also make some excursions. In relation to the services like bars, restaurants, supermarkets and so, you can head to nearby villages like es Carritxó, Calonge or s'Horta. Please contact the advertiser for additional costs. Pets are not allowed. Events are not allowed There is an outdoor parking for 3 cars. Changeover day is on Saturday from July 1st to August 31st. The wood stove cannot be used. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
