The property is located on the hills, surrounded by greenery, not far from the village of Saint Victor de Malcap. By its detached location one can enjoy in silence, with a beautiful, unique view over the valley and the 'Mon Bouquet'.   The children can safely walk and play in the large enclosed garden. You can relax in the private swimming pool (10x7m) or rest in one of the swing or deck chairs.   The comfortably furnished house, completely ground floor (1 step to the hallway with 4 bedrooms), consists of a spacious living room / dining room and open kitchen, a bathroom, a shower room, toilet, and 5 bedrooms. The 32-acre garden has garden furniture, deckchairs, gas barbecue (no wood or charcoal for fire safety reasons), fenced private pool (10x7m open from May to the end of September), 'pétanque', table tennis. Several beautiful villages such as Montclus, Barjac, La Roque sur Cèze, but also larger cities, Nimes, Arles, Avignon can be discovered and are at maximum 1h30 distance. It is an ideal base for those who love history and culture, but also the sports enthusiasts are not forgotten. The region is appreciated by cyclists and walkers. There are BEAUTIFUL walks and bike rides through forests, in the mountains, along wine estates, to medieval baptisms or along the river. For more action you can go rock climbing or go kayaking on the Cèze or in the Ardeche.
