È la mia quarta vacanza a Formentera e questa volta, con una coppia di amici, abbiamo deciso di prendere in affitto una villetta con 2 camere da letto scelta su Booking. La casa si trova a pochi passi dal centro di Es Pujols raggiungibile in motorino in 1 minuto o 10 minuti a piedi. La casa è in mezzo alla campagna e poco distante da altre casette nello stesso stile. All'inizio della via vive la signora che ci ha accolto e che si occupa delle pulizie. La struttura è ben tenuta, bello il portico e la zona con sdraio e BBQ. L'interno è pulito, semplice ma c'è la Wi-Fi e l'aria condizionata. Unica pecca è l'acqua calda che termina velocemente e magari tra una doccia e l'altra bisogna aspettare un quarto d'ora. Comunque ottima esperienza e buona locazione per visitare l'isola. Grazie a Diana che gestisce la struttura e con la quale ci siamo sentite per email e al telefono. Sempre gentile e chiara nelle comunicazioni.

Gut, aber mit kleinem Mangel
Schöne Ferienwohnung/Häuschen mit sehr ansprechender Aufteilung und Ausstattung. Wundervoller Steingarten. Gute Lage mit Nähe nach Es Pujols und San Ferran. Negativ ist der Nachbar, der Mietvespas und Ähnliches mit Hochdruckreiniger säubert. Das ist laut und nervt, hielt sich aber im Oktober in Grenzen. Ich kann mir vorstellen dass das in der Hochsaison häufiger passiert und dafür scheint mir der Preis (ich hab mal geschaut, was das Häuschen im August kostet) viel zu hoch. Schade!

Supergau und Katastrophe
Jeden Tag reinigt der Nachbar neben dem Garten mit einem Hochdruckreiniger vom Morgen bis Abend zurückgenommene Mietautos etc. . Nix von frischer Meeresluft, Autopoliermittel riechen etwas anders und je nach Wind brauchen wir auch keine Dusche .
Wir erwarten eine Preisreduktion oder ein anderes Haus.
