Tripadvisor. Cannot contact you any other away so this is a last resort. How do I get my £100 security deposit back that you are holding of mine, from the above holiday rental. You do not hold any of my banking details. Sorry Trip advisor not very good customer relations on this topic is it !!!

Spent 2 weeks here in Aug 16.Everything about this property is high quality. Everything you could need is catered for. Probably the only way to improve it would be to have air-conditioning in bedrooms 2 & 3, But a minor point! Highly recommended to anyone.

This villa is excellent. The tastefully designed interior is modern and generally easy to keep clean. The swimming pool is fantastic, the garden well designed with areas always in the shade for a rest from the sun. The main bedroom is simply huge with a wonderful view. A supermarket is just 3 minutes walk away, with another, a 5 minute...

2. Direct transfer into our Euro currency account
3. Post a UK cheque to our address in the UK.

As you will be greeted on arrival at the villa you have the option to pay the final balance on arrival in cash (sterling or Euros) or sterling travellors cheques. This is to put your mind at rest and that we and the villa is genuine. However you can pay 6 weeks before your arrival date if that suits.

Once a deposit has been received your booking will be confirmed and the calender updated.

About the neighbourhood
This viIlla is situated in a quiet residential area in the resort of Puerto Santiago which is about 2km from Los Gigantes. There are a couple of bars, restaurants and a large supermarket within a 300 metres from the villa. The villa itself is on the edge of the resort and just a 20 minute walk to the sandy beach and main area of Puerto Santiago where you will find a large number of shops, banks, bars, restaurants etc. Puerto Santiago and Los Gigantes areas are different from the noisy and crowded Las Americas. The tranquil village of Los Gigantes snuggles in a peaceful, secluded valley.
