A unique and exclusive property with spectacular views over "La Concepción" Dam.<BR><BR>The main house,located at the upper side of the 4500 square meters plot, is a 300 square meters building divided in two floors. On the lower floor you can find the living room with fireplace, kitchen, suite bedroom, toilet and the terrace with the chill out area and the barbecue. On the upper floor, there are the main bedroom (also suite), two bedrooms, one bathroom, the second terrace and a private balcony.<BR><BR>
