A recently beautifully renovated barn finished to a very high standard with all modern facilities. It consists of four (one of which is on the ground floor) large bedrooms and three shower/bathrooms and toilets (one shower room is on the ground floor). There is a large open lounge/dining kitchen area with a big woodburner.
There is access to gardens behind with beautiful views and surrounded by countryside. There is a large 4.5m above ground pool for all ages.
It is just above the village of St Laurent La Vallée two minutes by car or 20 minutes plus walking down the hill to it where there is a very useful grocery store and very good friendly bar/restaurant.
It is very peaceful surroundings but still near enough to most of the sites and chateaux and caves around the Dordogne within 20 minutes.

Fantastic barn conversion with plenty of space and everything you need and more. Very peaceful with amazing views across the valley and in a great location to visit what the Dordogne has to offer. Extensive gardens and outdoor space which children thoroughly enjoyed running around...More

About the neighbourhood
We are located just above the village of St Laurent La Vallée which one can walk to in about 20 minutes. There is a very useful general store and bar/restaurant in the village.

Belvès is the nearest town within 10 minutes by car and is a very quaint medieval town where there is a Saturday market. There are many wonderful restaurantS some convenience shops and it is full of interesting streets to walk around.

THE PROPERTY IS LOCATED HALF AN HOUR FROM THE BEAUTIFUL TOWN OF SARLAT and many other lovely villages. The Dordogne river is within 15 minutes.

Ferry: Shortest crossing Dover to Calais: 500.0 km
Ryanair fly from London Stansted to Bergerac Airport about 1 hour from our property.
Easyjet also fly from Southampton to Bergerac Airport
Or can fly from City Airport to Brive which is about 1 hour 15 minutes from our property
The quickest ferry crossing is from Calais 1 hour 20 minutes
Or the Eurotunnel can be used
It is then about a 9 hour drive to our property
