Enjoy our spacious, well equipped, comfortable home with a large roof terrace and spectacular views of the white, hilltop 'pueblo antiguo', Vejer de la Frontera. Recently renovated, Casa Colina Blanca is a classic Andalusian courtyard house situated off a quiet, cobbled street on the edge of the old town pedestrian area. The house has a perfect location close to restaurants, shops, parking and the old town atmosphere. <br><br>

There are no facilities but children are welcome. Their safety is your responsibility. Take care on stairs & terrace.
No fake tan - white towels stain easily.
Never leave the sun umbrella or cushions out. Showers/wind can happen any time!
Andalucía law requires all guests to supply photos of passports/ID, before arrival, these are registered with the Guardia Civil. Our house manager will contact you about this before arrival.

Exceptional house with an incredible roof terrace
A fantastic, peaceful, well-equipped house on the edge of the bustling old town. The impressive roof terrace has phenomenal views across Vejer and is perfectly set up to let you relax and take it all in. The kitchen has everything you should need and more, the showers are great, beds comfortable and there's plenty of space to relax. There's even parking nearby, which can be something of a rarity in Vejer. We've stayed at several different rental properties in Vejer over the years and this one is firmly at the top of our favourites list. Highly recommend.

Mejor terraza de Vejer
Amamos Vejer y toda la costa de Cádiz. Casa Colina Blanca es maravillosa. Esta muy bien equipado. Tiene todo lo que necesitas para unas buenas vacaciones. Cama cómoda. Cerca de la zona comercial y zona histórica. principal: tiene la mejor vista sobre Vejer. La terraza no tiene comparación. A 15 minutos de varias playas. No nos cansamos de visitar este maravilloso lugar. cinco estrellas.

Beautiful roof top terrace
Just spent a fabulous week at Colina Blanca, we spent most of our time enjoying the great views from the roof terrace. Its really well located just a short stroll from the 'old town' and close to shops for provisions. Its also a great place to base yourself, with access to beautiful beaches and visits to Jerez and Cadiz. We loved Vejer and hope to return.

Fabulous January getaway
We stayed at Casa Colin Blanca from 16th to 21st January. The house is well positioned in the old town with a welcome car park close to the house. So not too far to carry the luggage. The house itself was typically Spanish with a well equipped kitchen, large dining table and two large sofas and a fabulous log burner. As it was January this was very welcome in the evenings as it gets quite chilly. The house also had portable radiators and heated towel rails so we were never cold.
The bedrooms were beautifully decorated and the linen and towels were of exceptional quality. Such fluffy towels are unusual in holiday lets.
Upstairs again is a roof terrace and we were able to sit out for a couple of hours in the early afternoon - in January. There is a BBQ kitchen on the roof terrace which we didn’t use, but it would be fantastic in warmer weather. Great views are to be had of Vejer and the surrounding area.
We have stayed in Vejer three times now both previous visits in March so we were a little disappointed some of our favourite restaurants were closed for holidays this time. However we did manage to find a few more excellent restaurants to add to our list.
Vejer is a wonderful place to relax with plenty of beautiful walks, an interesting old town and a selection of beaches nearby. The fish and fruit markets are something else! We will look forward to returning to this wonderful part of Spain.

Location très agréable, bien équipée, chaleureuse et bien située, dans laquelle on se sent très à son aise
Terrasse et vue magnifique sur Vejer.

Very comfortable house in a great location
Great location in the Old Town but easy to walk into the newer parts of Vejer. Plenty of space in the kitchen/dinning/living area. Great attention to detail, all for the comfort of guests ( really enjoyed the cookery books, details of local walks and information about local places to visit). Comfortable seating and beds, plus very versatile ways to use the roof terrace with the magnificent views of the Old Town and surrounding countryside. Very easy communication/directions/check in.

Lovely comfortable house with a great roof terrace
Great location and the roof terrace means you have a fabulous view of the town, and only a short walk to lots of good restaurants. Very well equipped and comfortable.

Lovely house with a fabulous roof terrace
The house is great with a very well equipped kitchen and lounge but the best space is the roof terrace. Enjoy breakfast watching the sunrise and spend the evening lounging on comfy cushions waiting for the moon to appear, the view of the old town and the countryside beyond is just beautiful.

About the neighbourhood
The long sandy beaches along the Costa de la Luz are some the best in Europe and, weekends aside, virtually deserted. Just stroll out from Los Caños de Meca to Cabo de Trafalgar to see what we mean! All along the coast are pretty towns with bars and fish restaurants and spectacular cliff-top walks. Try Barbate for the freshest seafood restaurants and Sunday promenading, the famous almadraba tuna caught in Conil or catch a wave at el Palmar. The coast also offers surfing, kite-surfing and paragliding. <br><br>Locally, there are splendid views and walks though rolling countryside and umbrella pines. The Montenmedio estate (15 minutes) has a fine golf course. The Alcornocales Parque Naturel (50 minutes) has mountain walking and cycle trails.

Cadiz, Jerez and Seville offer superb historic sites, great food and of course the not to be missed bodega tours. Tarifa is a centre for kite- and wind-surfing with fast ferry day trips to Tangier. De Donana has one of Europe's best-known bird reserves. So much to enjoy!

Las largas playas de arena a lo largo de la Costa de la Luz son algunos los mejores de Europa y, los fines de semana a un lado, prácticamente desierta. Simplemente pasear a cabo desde Los Caños de Meca a Cabo de Trafalgar para ver lo que queremos decir! A lo largo de la costa son bonitos pueblos con bares y restaurantes de pescado y espectaculares paseos al borde del acantilado. Trate de Barbate para los restaurantes más frescos mariscos y Domingo Promenading, el famoso atún de almadraba atrapado en Conil o coger una ola en el Palmar. La costa también ofrece surf, kite-surf y el parapente.

Cerca de allí, son espléndidas vistas y paseos a pesar de Campo del balanceo y paraguas pinos. La finca Montenmedio (15 minutos) tiene un campo de golf bien. El Parque Natural de los Alcornocales (50 minutos), pero el senderismo de montaña y rutas en bicicleta.

Cádiz, Jerez y Sevilla ofrecen sitios históricos magníficos, buena comida y visitas de bodegas, por supuesto, el que no debe perderse. Tarifa es un centro de kitesurf y windsurf con excursiones de un día a Tánger ferry rápido. De Doñana tiene una de las reservas de aves más conocidas de Europa. Tanto para disfrutar!
