Villa Anasa is the ultimate sanctuary, where one can escape from the city’s hustle and bustle and find tranquility through the colors, sounds and ambient scents of nature. Layout The elegant and minimalistic style of Villa Anasa, combined with luxury elements, offers upper class comfort, tranquility and privacy. This newly built, 180m2 Villa can host up to 6 guests, with 3 spacious en-suite bedrooms ensuring residents have a private space. The decoration and construction of the villa, built with natural construction materials like wood and stone, allow the Villa to blend in perfectly to the typical Cretan wild landscape. Villa Anasa provides facilities and services of premium level, to ensure a pleasant and comfortable first class stay. Ground Floor On the ground floor of Villa Anasa guests are welcomed by the cosy living room with comfortable seating, fireplace, 55’’ HDTV and unparalleled views of the area. The fully equipped kitchen with island breakfast counter and winer cooler next to it, allows you to enjoy preparing your homemade meals in style. Furthermore, two bedrooms are located on the ground floor, both offering en-suite bathrooms with shower cabins and direct access to the pool terrace. One of the bedrooms features a 1,60 X 2,00 bed, while the second one is equipped with 2 single beds that can be joined together to form a Queen size bed (1,80 X 2,00). First Floor Ascending the stairs you will reach the master bedroom, featuring a Queen size bed (1,80 X 2,00), en-suite bathroom with shower cabin with hydromassage, as well as a private balcony offering an outdoor seating area, overlooking the pool and enjoying stunning, panoramic nature views. All bedrooms offer individually controlled A/C, Istikbal mattresses, ceiling fans and wardrobes, while luxury Korres amenities, bathrobes and slippers are also provided. Outdoor area The exterior of Villa Anasa covers 250m2 and is and surrounded by greenery and olive trees. The outdoor area allows you to take in the spectacular panoramic views, overlooking the breathtaking scenery. It is your moment to take a deep breath and feel the calmness and peace of mother earth. Amongst other luxurious features, it offers: - A private, 40 sq.m. infinity salt water swimming pool, 1,65 m. deep with ladder access, which also offers a shallow compartment ideal for kids (0,70 m. deep). The pool can be heated for the entire stay with an additional daily cost and it requires one week advance notice. - The pool area is equipped with sun beds, umbrellas and a poolside shower so you can sunbathe in comfort. - Gas BBQ facilities and a mini fridge that allow you to prepare your homemade meals. - Shaded outdoor dining area for 10 under a pergola, so you can try al fresco dining. - Οutdoor, decked lounge area, ideal to enjoy the views and sunset. - Laundry room with washing machine and clothes dryer - Parking space for 3 cars - The whole Villa is fully fenced and has a gated entrance offering security and full privacy to our guests. Guest access Guests will have access and full privacy to all areas indoors and outdoors!
