Continental breakfast is provided, on a self serve basis in the kitchenette. It is perfectly situated within short walking distance of boutique shops, restaurants, pubs & coffee shops. Local Buses, taxis are with a short walk, and a main line train station is a short taxi ride away (2 miles) with easy access to London, Gatwick Airport and Brighton. Many local attractions, a few of which are; Wakehurst place and Kew Garden Millennium seed bank. A perfect location for us visiting family in the area. Accommodation was very clean and well-appointed. A continental breakfast was included in the kitchenette. Highly recommended and located in a historic village with plenty of eateries and interesting shops in the village.

Perfect Bed and breakfast in a lovely village. Will definitely make another trip to see more of the surrounding area. All in all a very very nice accommodation and one of the best b&b we have stayed in. Most importantly vey nice hosts.
