From the main entrance, the ground level welcomes you with a spacious open glass area leading to a comfortable living room with a corner sofa, a 50” TV with Netflix, Bluetooth speaker, and a fire place. Next to the living room is a stylish dining table that seats 8 guests and fully equipped kitchen. Plenty of natural light enters the space through the glass walls giving an airy feel. A collection of 80 vintage film cameras dated from 1890 till 1980’s is featured on this level. Interior details and furnishing, combine simplicity and sumptuousness with the use of oak and African teak wood and Inox steel surfaces. Oil paintings and gravures share splashes of color and convert the living area into an experience of art and a standing piano is also available.
Walking along the corridor on the same level you will find three stylish bedrooms, a minimal designed bathroom and a spacious office. Specifically the first bedroom features two single beds (0,90 x 2,00) that can be joined to create a king if necessary, AC, 49” smart TV, closet and direct access to the outdoor area. The second bedroom features a King size bed (1,60 x 2,00), AC, ceiling fan, 27”TV, closet and direct access to the outdoor area. The master bedroom features a King size bed (1,60 x 2,00), ensuite bathroom with a shower, AC, 27”TV, closet, safe and access to a private patio with a lemon tree. Additionally there is a family bathroom with double sinks and a shower cabin on this level. The office features an oak wood working desk and library as well as a stylish recliner which guarantees a quiet and calm area for studying or working. The office opens out to the same private patio as the master bedroom. The outdoor patio furniture is minimal design: together with white gravel paving, constitutes the patio area where the concrete elements embrace the structure.
The wooden stairs lead to the lower level where guests are greeted by a black and white picture gallery. The villa’s rare camera collection along with gallery of black and white photos on the lower level of the villa reflects the personal interests and sense of taste of the owner and his intention to share this special experience with the guests of the villa.
On that level guests may find a 50m2 studio, featuring a king size bed (1,60 x 2,00), a double sofa, a minimal design Danish clock with wooden indicators, en-suite bathroom with shower cabin, as well as a well equipped kitchenette. The studio offers access to the outdoors including the barbecue and pool area. Furthermore, pilates exercise equipment and free weights, as well as the villa’s washing machine and clothes dryer are located on this level.
Outdoors, a series of surrounding trees and landscaped gardens embrace the villa. A rare olive tree is located on the lower level garden which is over 1000 years old. It’s a must see sculpture of time that embraces life and strength. Furthermore, the exterior of Villa 7 features several facilities, which include:
-A private 40 m2 eco-pool with hydromassage (depth: 0,70 cm - 1,60 m). The pool can also be heated upon advance request for the entire stay, with an additional daily charge.
-The pool terrace offers 6 sun beds, 2 chaise longues, 3 umbrellas, bean bag loungers, and an outdoor shower for your comfort.
-Concrete designed charcoal barbecue with an outdoor sink.
-Two outdoor dining tables that seat 8 guests are available.
-Parking space for up to two cars inside the villa premises.
-The whole outdoor area is fenced and has a private entrance with a gate, offering 100% privacy to our guests.

Payment Schedule: The deposit needed in order to secure the booking is the 25% of the total cost of the reservation. The remaining balance is due to be paid 21 days prior to the guest’s arrival.The pool can be heated with an additional daily cost please note that the pool heating can be used upon advance request for the entire stay and it requires at least one week advance notice.
A security deposit of 500€ is also required.

We rented this beautiful home for three weeks. It has a great location near Chania but is in a beautiful suburb (13 minutes from the city center). The house is beautiful, and the grounds exquisite. The pool was lovely, and was very glad we paid the extra amount for it to be heated. The owner was attentive to any issue and made sure we were happy and comfortable.
We made extensive use of the concierge service which was very helpful

Villa 7 is located in the Pervolia area, in the outskirts of Chania city and only 3 km away from the centre. Perivolia preserves its natural environment and still offers the feeling of staying in a small village. There is a traditional tavern, mini market and pharmacy in the area where can be reached on foot from the villa. Other amenities such as larger supermarkets, butcher shop and more are only a short drive away.
The Villa is located between the city of Chania and Agia Marina/Platanias areas which are the entertainment centres during summer season with easy access to everything you might need for your holidays, including a variety of restaurants, bars and shops.
Villa 7 is located in Pervolia area, in the outskirts of Chania city and only 3 km away from the centre.
