This 5 bedroom villa is built over three floors with space and privacy for all.
On the lower level are 2 double bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms and both with doors to their own private terrace and access to the garden and pool. Also on this floor are 2 lounge areas, one with a TV and DVD player - perfect for the kids after they have had enough sun or for your teenagers to chill out in the evening and a pool table with great entertainment value for all. The utility room is also on this level.
The middle floor accessed by steps from the private driveway has an open plan lounge, diner and fully fitted kitchen with all the usual appliances. Also on this floor is a double bedroom with ensuite shower room. There are double doors leading to the covered terrace with plenty of space for al fresco dining and entertaining.

Biased as it was my own Hen Party but I think the other 9 guests would agree that this was the BEST Hen weekend ever!!! This villa took my Hen Party to another level. From the ideal location to the fully stocked fridges on arrival; there was nothing we could fault. Arriving on the Friday we went into Puerto Banus...

A fantastic villa on the outskirts of town with lots of space and plenty of home comforts. The good; - spacious - clean - great pool - friendly owners - quiet location The bad; - 10 min cab ride from town or the beach - €50 BBQ cleaning charge is excessive and soured the trip a little

I went with 10 guys on a stag do and this place was great, had everything we wanted. Shops, beach, the town and amenities are quite far away (definitely not walk able) which was a downside The owners were lovely and really helpful. Would highly recommend.

Additional Rate and Availability Information
A refundable security deposit of 350 pounds per week of stay is required and refunded by bank transfer within 7 days after the villa is checked for damages or breakages at the end of your stay. Additional fold/away beds with real mattresses can be supplied ( maximum 2 ) and they will be charged at 100GBP per bed. Maximum occupancy is still 10 persons unless previously agreed by the owner.

Airport: Malaga: 60.0 km
Full directions from the main coastal road is available from the owners.A Licensed taxi from Malaga Airport will cost around 100euro or an airport pick up can be arranged - ask the owner for prices. Car hire is not essential but helpful for shopping etc. and is available from Malaga Airport or locally. An express bus service goes from Malaga Airport to Marbella Bus Station, and costs between 6 to 8 euro each way depending on the time of year and the Bus station is a short taxi ride from the villa.
