Villa Nautica is a luxurious 2 bedroom beachfront duplex. The entire main floor as well as the private pool and patio area is part of Villa Nautica and only accessible to Villa Nautica renters. Oceanview from the Master bedroom and the living room. When relaxing in the infinity pool, you feel just like if you were in the Pacific Ocean. Wi-fi Internet available. Both TVs can connect to the internet, other online services (Netflix, Plex, Slingplayer, etc) require your own subscription.
With the two bedrooms (queen size beds) and the Murphy's bed (also queen size), Villa Nautica can accomodate up to 6 people.

Lovely place
Lovely beach home in Ecuador--great pool, beautiful decor, super kitchen. We used the washer--very convenient.

About the neighbourhood
Villa Nautica is located on the Mirador San Jose. Directly on the site of Mirador San Jose, you will find swimming, parks, private club, beach, tennis, soccer, biking, hiking and games for children and excursions to the dry tropical forest.
Fauna / Flora: The immediate area of Mirador San Jose is part of a dry forest, with a fauna and flora exclusive to this type of micro climate. Guided tours are available to learn about the native species of the area.
Nearby, less than 20 km To the south, the Machalilla National Park begins, where we find 3 types of forest,dry, transient and wet. Each of these areas contain species of plants and animals, that are unique to each of these areas. One kilometre north begins Pacoche National Reserve.
Getting around
A rental car is recommended, however; there is a public bus that runs from Puerto Cayo to Manta on a regular schedule. For only a few dollars you can get on it across the main entrance of the Mirador San José. Once in Manta, there are plenty of taxis to bring you where you want.

From Manta airport, drive along the coast towards the South. Once you reach Ruta Spondylus, continue driving (approx 60 km) until you see Mirador San José on the right.
